  1. I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634 then try please
  2. It really doesn't make any sense, do you have static/reserved IPs set on the devices themselves at all? Do they have Private/Random MAC enabled if so disable those, that could be it.
  3. Unplug the R2 from power, wait for 10 seconds, hold the Factory Reset button, while continuing to hold plug the power back into the R2 and keep holding the reset for 30 seconds then release. Wait 2 minutes, then try accessing please and see if you can go through the setup wizard.
  4. As above do you have the VM in modem mode or router mode? Does modem mode seem to resolve it?
  5. I don't see any activity on the ticket, I'll check with the assigned dev to see if I can get some information and will get back to you.
  6. Added! Let us know if that helps with the issue. Sure thing, PM me the other username and I'll get that sorted for you.
  7. Okay we'll try again, I'll get back to you
  8. Okay so that's a pure modem so you can forget the DMZ aspect. Have you made any port forwarding rules on the R2 or the DMZ and did you enable the remote support?
  9. Are there particular issues you're having or features you expected etc? If you can provide feedback we can look into it further.
  10. Interesting, on the iPhone if you disable the Private/Random MAC option for the WiFi does that improve the speeds after a restart?
  11. What is the model of your modem exactly?
  12. Thanks for the update, look forward to your report!
  13. You can do that but it's generally not the best practice to prioritize all the ports, try 1-65535 source, 1024-65535 destination and see if that works
  14. So you're looking for the DMZ option on your ISP modem/router not the R2

  16. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing please?
  17. It might be because you've changed the LAN IP potentially but accessing directly using the IP should work if HTTPS is disabled. Does the IP on the PlayStation itself match the IP you think the device is on the Device Manager?
  18. "Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. Select Settings Click Show advanced settings and find the "Privacy" section. Deselect the "Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors" checkbox to disable the feature. Select the checkbox to enable it again." Can you provide a screenshot of your full QoS page please? That's due to a timeout, not much we can do about that really.
  20. The other question was about an R3, I don't have any information for that. I'm not sure what you're doing in regards to logging in to the interface but the ways I mentioned above should work. I also can't see the error on that link.
  21. Added & you're welcome!
  22. Good advice above, let us know if that helps at all.
  23. The Games Console profile should work for eFootball, it won't always appear to be prioritizing, should just be in the game. For the Geo-Filter, Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. You should only need to use routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1 to access the interface.
