Where is it you're located approximately? If you use the Geo-Filter without filtering enabled but so you can see servers where are the games putting you?

Make sure you're not accessing using HTTPS or that the browser isn't forcing HTTPS, if you're using Armor I would suggest disabling that also. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, close the interface tab, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see the pages load. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?

No there isn't, we could do that but that would be a lot of queries as it'll be everything not blocked, I'll add it to the request list

Netgear have many routers of varying specs and so they can do things like that no problem as they're a big company, for us, we've had the R1, R2 & now the R3 with it being a step up each time. You could do the above or have the 700 upstream.

Have you tried the Early Access firmware yet to see if that is more stable for you?

Good advice above, it's quite possible you'll need to use the Advanced Setup for HybridVPN to connect, in which case you would need to get the OpenVPN configuration files from pure and enter them in the config box on HVPN

If you disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu and also disable the Geo-Filter do you still experience it?

Is that how you usually have it, the TP upstream of the R2 or another router upstream?

What is the actual model of it? Are you receiving an Open NAT?

What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the R2?

Resync the cloud in Device Manager, Ping Heatmap and Geo-Filter, does it appear then?

Could you bring up the list and provide a screenshot of what you see please?

I think probably what has happened is you had a device added to Geo, TP, HVPN etc that was then deleted on the Device Manager and it got itself into a weird state. If you remove any of the devices from the features first then delete all offline devices it should work correctly.

At least in that example you can see the ping in game rising up to 100ms, if you're not seeing that on the Geo-Filter as well then it indicates the server is under load and you'd have a better experience forcing a different server

We've found the cause, there is a backup server hardcoded into the firmware and measurementlabs (the service we used for the speed tests) no longer use it so if the backup is needed it won't work. If it's not using the backup server it will work. This is regardless of the firmware you're using, so it will work on occasion but we will make an update with a fix.
