My ISP does not have a modem (NEED HELP!!)
Netduma Fraser replied to itz_KonfliK's topic in Off Topic
Yes that's correct once you've completed the Setup Wizard. Use 192.168.77.1 to access, best to do it via a wired device if you can. -
Try the port forwarding I mentioned before, it is quite hard to get an Open NAT on multiple consoles at the same time, it won't affect your connection quality on moderate, just determines who you can connect to but as it's server based that isn't a problem either

hybrid vpn setup not working

No that won't be possible, NG removed telnet access unfortunately on the more recent versions. We don't have a public facing ticket system -

Unfortunately I'm not a developer so I can't speed up issues like this, I have made a ticket for it so it is known -

Ahh I see, interesting, plug the R2 into the wall then reboot the R2 from the interface, wait 4 minutes then access. This is assuming you've already accessed the R2 and gone through the Setup Wizard which is required to be completed before you can get internet. -
Disable the Geo-Filter before you launch the game and then check the NAT status. If it is Open then it's the Geo-Filter blocking the reading and you can enable it and ignore it if it shows moderate in the future.

Reset Bandwidth Allocation and leave it at the default settings. I would suggest you lower Congestion Control more, it's not doing a lot at those percentages. We usually suggest starting at 70% and then experimenting from there to see what works best for you.

hybrid vpn setup not working

Thanks for your input. If you disable the VPN prior to rebooting it should work correctly when you enable again. -
Ahh, Sie müssen die Xbox Companion-App auf W11 verwenden: https://www.groovypost.com/howto/check-nat-type-on-windows-11/

Try this, for when you're wanting to change the location specifically: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works. It's also worth noting that forcing servers much further away isn't always guaranteed. Ping Assist is an assist, not a hard filter, the way it works you can sometimes get servers slightly higher than what you set. It's best to set it to 0 if you're wanting to force a specific location.

Could you provide all the files you downloaded and let me know the server you want to connect to and I'll see if I can get a working config for you. Is it definitely the correct email/password for connecting with the VPN as well? They may have separate credentials you need to use. -

Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, how were you previously getting internet to all your devices, just using another router? Do you know if you require PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers to get a connection at all? -

Once we get access to the interface we can get all those issues resolved easily, I answer the emails and as you contacted in multiple places and replied here first I continued the conversation here. You can see the terms at netduma.com/terms Unplug the R2 from power, wait for 10 seconds, hold the Factory Reset button, while continuing to hold plug the power back into the R2 and keep holding the reset for 30 seconds then release. Wait 2 minutes, then try accessing please and see if you can go through the setup wizard. It's a different kind of reset which may have more success.

That will be an authentication server required for online play and won't affect the game connection. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?

XR 500: Unable to log into router interface

Well done on getting it sorted! Thanks for the report! -

Updates on eFootball 2024
Netduma Fraser replied to euphidra's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
A VPN rarely improves the connection as you're adding extra hops to get to the server so it usually increases your ping, we don't have any specific recommendations for a VPN. Yes if you restart you would need to re-enable the VPN. Best to disable it first then reboot.
