  1. I just wanted to see if it had upgraded and just not reflected on the interface, I'll speak to the team and see what may be happening.
  2. Keep Auto Ping Host on but if it's not pinging in an instance where it's not sure what to ping between the server handling friends and the main game server just disable and ping manually. You're very welcome, you can bring it up here that's fine.
  3. Brilliant! If Filtering isn't on it's not going to be doing anything for you other than allowing you to see connections so definitely would suggest keeping it enabled if you're playing solo. You don't have to disable it if you're adding a friend - they may get blocked at first but you can add them to the allow list, add again and they'll be in - would be quicker than disabling then waiting. You're playing BF so as we've seen looks like they use servers to connect friends together so that wouldn't apply, you also mentioned I think about potentially you being kicked if filtering was on, so really the best thing to do is to see how each game works their matchmaking and go from there. What BF does isn't common though so usually it's just, add a friend, be the party leader and keep filtering on.
  4. Okay strange, could you try manually upgrading now and see if you get the same issue?
  5. You may not be able to achieve higher, you may have hit the limit but if you put your PC in the R2 DMZ then test what do you get? Take it out of the DMZ after the test.
  6. Clear your browser cache/cookies then refresh the interface please, does the version number then update?
  7. Ah, it's likely Adblocker is blocking it, if you disable that, does it then allow you to access/speed up? If so you could leave it disabled or add sites to the whitelist so it doesn't happen again.
  8. Did you re-enable filtering after disabling it? It's best not to disable when you're on the game but if you have to then re-enable the filter then wait 2 minutes before searching
  9. The Ireland example was for CoD, looks like it's elsewhere for BF. Looks like actually that you don't need to add your friends to your allow list, it appears to use a server for that type of connection instead. Auto Ping may be getting confused as there are the two servers being connected to. Uncheck Auto Ping and click the biggest server icon to ping.
  10. The WAN IP is what you want yes, in the DMZ section on the Vodafone, can't tell if that's the correct section or not - it's usually in Security or Firewall settings or maybe LAN/WAN.
  11. Did you always have this issue or did it happen after upgrading to a specific firmware?
  12. Okay he's done it, could you check please?
  13. Make sure you zoom out fully on the map when you invite them, they may not always appear where you expect them to
  14. Okay thanks, I'll see if I can catch them before they go home, if not I'll get them to comment back tomorrow when they've done it.
  15. If other devices are connected to the ISP modem/router they can take bandwidth up so make sure none are connected to that and try again
  16. You should add that server to the allow list and then it should work, you will need to put filtering mode on though
  17. Yes that's correct, just toggle filtering mode and you'll still be able to see connections you just won't filter them. You can allow/deny when in filtering mode, it's just suggested to disable for adding a friend so you don't block them before you've been able to allow them. The servers may not necessarily all ping when you start the game, I think that's more of a CoD then but you will see the server when you connect to it. I can see about getting the game re-added to Heatmap. So yes any server that has been permanently allowed either because you have added them to your allow list or we have permanently allowed it will appear with a solid white ring around it. Authentication servers should be easy to pick out once you've played a few times as they'll always been in the same location. For example for CoD, it's usually either in Ireland on LA.
  18. ¿Podría proporcionar una captura de pantalla de su página QoS, por favor?
  19. No I don't think so, I would be very surprised if they could
  20. Do the DMZ option instead of bridge and that will ensure you can get an Open NAT. That looks good for positioning and WiFi placement. The WiFi steps are for the R2. If you do the DMZ option that may speed up browsing.
  21. It looks like you're using Chrome which may be forcing you to connect to the interface with HTTPS which could be causing the errors, follow this to make sure it connects using HTTP: https://howchoo.com/webdev/stop-chrome-from-automatically-redirecting-https/ Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if you can see servers. However, the way Fortnite works is that it only tries to connect to a server when you're actually loading into the game and so that is the only time it can be blocked so you are kicked back to the lobby. For Fortnite it's best to disable filtering mode but still use it to find out what server you're on, if it's too far away then you could quit and re-search until you find the server you want. This would actually be quicker than letting the Geo-Filter kick you.
  22. To answer your questions: Generally I would suggest leaving Ping Assist at 0, Auto Ping Host I would always leave on except in the instance where you'll add your friend to the allow list (more on that below). You can play around with the settings based on the game you're playing but that's what I would suggest overall. Strict Mode I would highly recommend you have always on and Fast mode have off. The main feature is the radius/polygon mode, Ping Assist is an assist to these modes, the idea was so that you never miss the chance for a good game. However, it can lead to you getting a game above that ping sometimes. I would suggest utilizing Ping Heatmap to find the closest/lowest ping servers then setting your Geo-Filter radius accordingly. Check the bottom of this guide for how to add your friend: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter generally it'll show as a peer icon, basically best to just be in a lobby, then when you invite them it will be the only icon appearing on the map. The host you're playing on will always be the biggest icon on the map so in the above picture it's the big server icon. If I were you - entirely up to you, I would remove the servers from allow/deny - I'm not sure how you're using this - you don't need to allow/block every server you come across as the radius handles that. Just use it for particularly good/bad servers that you either wouldn't mind connecting to again or don't want to connect to again and for adding friends. Then do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client This will ensure it blocks most effectively when you launch the game. You don't need to do this every time but I would suggest doing it from the start.
  23. I know it's the router, which aspect of the router is the important part, could you download the full logs so I can have a look at it further please?
  24. Some games do unfortunately handle matchmaking like that, I haven't played Siege for awhile so I don't recall if that is what it was like before. Just in case: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  25. It doesn't require internet to access the interface, so do you have access or not then if you're seeing those errors?
