  1. Sim, atualmente é o firmware mais recente
  3. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, close the interface, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, then try accessing, does it load correctly then?
  4. No it's not a typo, it doesn't work without QoS enabled, it may be that now there is the separate option to disable DPI that it doesn't work when that is disabled also
  6. As above a new version coming but if you reduce the upload to 50% for example do you still get that issue?
  7. As above, also yes you'd put the R2 WAN IP in the DMZ on the ISP router and make sure all devices are connected to the R2 for an optimal experience
  8. If you can access to get the log you should be able to perform a factory reset from the interface does that stop the issue happening?
  9. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  10. I don't think we have many Division 2 players currently and we tend to show the games that are being actively played
  11. It's unlikely to be shown on the router, nothing yet but it is being worked on, should be this year
  12. It is outdated but the advice there is still something I would recommend today
  14. Port Forwarding isn't going to work as you expect when using a VPN. Using a VPN also is likely to increase your ping. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page and Geo-Filter page please?
  15. The LAN port on the hub the XR500 is connected to doesn't matter so that's fine. It would be better to disable the WiFi on the hub so ALL devices are connected to the XR. You can use 192.168.1.1 or routerlogin.net to access, if your hub IP is 192.168.1.1 then the XR will use the 10.0.0.1 IP instead
  16. It shouldn't be much longer for the next firmware but that will likely be a beta build distributed directly from us, in which case you would need to do a manual update
  17. Is that via ethernet on the R2 or just on WiFi? Disable Mirror Mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  19. I haven't heard of an iPad specific issue, what iPad model/year do you have and what iOS version is it running?
  21. Okay no worries, I'll get the team to have a look, it may be the case that there isn't one there at the moment but we can certainly check
