  1. What firmware version are you on currently? Do this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then - keep this in mind when you play. Also: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works any better.
  2. It could be Adblocker, disable that, do websites load correctly then? You probably don't need it if you have internet now. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  3. The above should help with the Geo-Filter. In terms of the disconnects, if you give the R3 a DHCP reservation on the other router, then reboot the R3 does that prevent the issue happening again?
  4. If you notice it again please get the ID and we can correct it and should help with preventing you connecting to it again
  5. How have you added the ports for the game exactly? It should definitely be working that way. You could also add the PC with the Games Console service which would be easier and will definitely prioritize
  6. Yes it is almost certainly the issue I mentioned, did you reserve IPs for all your devices connected
  7. We'll be bringing out more improvements so that should help with what you're experiencing
  8. In private matches your opponents are pre-determined so you cannot use the Geo-Filter at all. You could try throttling Congestion Control severely
  9. Thank you for that, I'm not a dev but to me it looks like setting a static/reserved IP is DHCP to renew the lease constantly, I'll pass it onto the team to have a look.

  12. Click advanced WAN Settings and then skip, that will allow you to complete the wizard and get to the interface. Do you know if you require PPPoE/VLAN, anything like that for a connection? If you're not sure check the settings on the old router.
  13. Yes but do the ISP require their router to be used? If you connect that router to the ONT, connect the R2 to the other router and switch to DHCP do you get a connection?
  14. You can't go below 50% for Congestion Control, it's also a very low percentage, shouldn't need to be that low. What happens when you try to change it from 100%?
  15. So you've tried, 95, 85, 75, 65, 55 and combinations in between?

  17. If you could grab the logs from the router after you've made the issue happen that should tell us more
  18. Now you've set it there, if you reboot from the interface does it work? Do you require a custom MTU to be set? Do you know whether your ISP requires you to use their modem/router?
  19. What OpenVPN version do they support? It may be incompatible with our version of the client
  20. You can set MTU already in Settings > WAN > Advanced Will add frames to the list
  21. We don't give out any ETAs. I should think so, I believe it's all working in the backend
  22. Ignore Ping Optimizer, just have it set to 70%. See if you have a better experience now

  25. While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
