  1. Are you using Armor? Are you connecting to the interface using HTTPS or is the browser forcing HTTPS?
  2. How is the R3 setup with the modem, in its DMZ? Do you get open if you put the PC in the DMZ just briefly to check?
  3. Is any network traffic happening at the time when testing? If you disable all the priorities does it make a difference?
  4. It looks like everyone has helped you on this, any issues you're still having? Regarding the sale, it's been the same launch discount since we announced the router for pre-orders and hasn't changed at all since then. There is also no one working other than me and I definitely didn't change anything on the main website.
  5. Try experimenting with the buffer size, you may find 20ms instead of 10 works better
  6. If you click on the device you added you can disable filtering for it
  7. Do let us know how you get on with that! Steady Ping? In theory no it should just be applying to the Geo-Filter but did see some reports where it was affecting ping outside the Geo so perhaps just disable it before doing the tests to be sure.
  8. Try disabling Steady Ping, have had some reports it might be causing that. In which case it is a bug as it should be isolated to the Geo-Filter.
  9. Just to clarify, you said you have a basic vodafone router, is that the only router you have or do you have a DumaOS router?
  12. Have you tried the above to see if that helps?
  13. Great keep us posted! Haha I shall try!
  14. Keep us posted, it's unlikely yes but always possible. If you've swapped out both cables then you could add one of them back in to check which one is faulty.
  15. Probably in January when the team are back from the holidays
  16. Ah didn't realise you made another topic, I responded to your previous two. You can have the ping being stabilized without it pinging so that is normal
  17. I'm not sure if it's on this version or not, I think it is but on HybridVPN click the icon and you should be able to enter the VPN DNS there that will fix it.
  18. Use the default, there is no connection benefits to using different MAC addresses. MAC addresses are just unique identifiers that identify a device.
  19. I've responded in your topic What is the web browser/device you're using to access the interface exactly? What's your physical setup? Are you using PPPoE/VLAN or DHCP identifiers for a connection?
  20. I replied to your other topic but: Thank you for the logs, seeing a lot of DHCP messages as well as other logs a developer should look at. I have sent you a PM for a new firmware if you could try that please. Then factory reset after, I think if it's still an issue the following should be tried: Disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN followed by a reboot, if it continues: Disable DHCP and set reserved IP addresses for devices, if it continues: Make yourself accessible and I can remote in and enable remote logging which will give us more detailed logs for the team to look into

  22. What web browser/device are you using to access the interface? What is your exact physical setup? I've sent you a firmware in a PM.
  23. Try this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game), if that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console. I've also sent you a PM with firmware that should help with Geo-Latency when enabled.
  24. Okay thanks, I'll pass on about NOWTV. For the gaming aspect that's normal as you're not actually gaming in the menus, it will only trigger when you're actually playing. Could be you lost WiFi for a moment, might be worth experimenting with the WiFi options to get more consistency.
