  1. It's probably become outdated, thanks for the report, I'll pass it onto the team to update
  2. You can't port forward while using the DMZ at the same time. DMZ sends all traffic through to a device, then with port forwarding you're telling it to pass traffic to somewhere else, it's conflicting information. You can leave UPnP enabled and that will help with any port issues.
  3. In the next version I believe which isn't far off. I suspect that is probably a language update, if you go to Settings > Administration > Firmware Update you may see more information. It's not a proper firmware update though because we haven't been made away of anything new and it's also not listed on their support site which they do update with any official firmware.
  4. No not yet, when it's available you'll see it mentioned
  5. I'll respond to your DM on Twitter
  6. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  7. Interesting, your WiFi is 2.4/5GHz combined or have you split the bands? If so which are you connecting to? Do you notice a difference connecting through either methods?
  8. Just to check, if you don't have the booster connected and you change the names/apply a static IP I assume it all works without issue? If so it sounds like an issue with the booster more likely, does it have an interface you can change any settings on? I would assume not. It may be best to contact Telstra about it directly as they may have encountered this before.
  9. Disable all priorities on SmartBOOST, they could be interfering with the tests
  10. We haven't specifically tested it but we're not aware of any incompatibilities. There shouldn't be any issues using the two together.
  11. Exactly as above, if you haven't allowed it then we would have done and will have done so because it's required for online play to prevent people blocking it and being unable to play
  12. I've sent you all .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  13. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  14. Exactly as above, best to change it manually for the moment while we work to improve it.
  15. As above, would suggest changing manually for the moment while we work to improve the reliability.
  16. You should see a circle with a controller in it, that will be the host of your game so you'll be able to check it's where you wanted it
  17. There could be many servers clustered in the same location, we don't have an exact number as they could turn on/off ones at different times of day etc. Why is it pointless unless you can import/export?
  18. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. Otherwise adjust them manually for the moment. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  19. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  20. It is working, just showing inactive, we'll fix that
  21. Go to chrome://settings/system in the web browser and make sure Hardware acceleration is enabled, does that fix the issue?
  22. Do you have a spare adapter you can try with at all?
  23. Okay I'll pass it onto the team to see if they can improve throughput at all
