  1. You shouldn't need to do that but most likely it restarted some backend systems which made it work. You can find a free WiFi analyzer on the Microsoft Store for Windows called WiFi Analyzer. It won't tell you what channel to use but you can see which channels are being used around you and then pick one that isn't being used that isn't close to others or the one that is being used the least. You do have high speeds so CC is needed less so could be a legit suggestion but you can always try adjusting manually to see what gives you the best results.
  2. Without the Geo-Filter enabled at all are you still experiencing disconnects?
  3. I'll pass this topic over to him to see if we can get you further along the path to a resolution
  4. Make sure the PC hasn't connected to a different WiFi but yes you can refresh the page
  5. Based on the ping, that server in South America for example, very unlikely you'd have 40ms to it so yes it does appear to be favoring ping over location when it shouldn't. I will have to pass that onto the team. The game/console can cache pings/servers which is a potential reason so if you make a change, reboot the router then the console then check again, it shouldn't get outside the radius again unless its a backend bug.
  6. Hard to say, we know it definitely works for CoD and Halo, it may work for other games but I can't say for certain as it's not always working for CoD for example That sounds more like the simple Steady Ping is doing rather than the expert, when you've changed the expert ping how do you exit it?
  7. What's the exact process you're doing so I can see if there is anything that could be missed. Also what platform/game are you playing? Sent via PM
  8. What are you seeing when you try to access?
  9. Thank you for the log, I'll pass that onto the team to look at. Would suggest the above, have sent you the .23 firmware via PM
  10. What speeds are you getting over the WiFi? Did you do the steps I mentioned above?
  11. No the 500, the 1000 version will be available soon
  12. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team will work on when they're back from the holidays. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. Best to change manually for the moment. That sounds good just adjust the R3 as you want to now.
  13. I mean if you just click on the icon on the map to ping it instead. Actually though, the ID will be shown if you click on the ping graph or it'll show in the URL bar, if you provide that I can check the location
  14. Thanks for letting us know your experience, the team will be improving the WiFi
  15. Manually ping the server instead of allowing it to auto ping, do you get the same result? It could be the server is mislocated on the map
  16. It might be fine but it's not good practice, likely why we've prevented it
  17. Great to hear you're enjoying it. Try this link specifically, http://dumaos/dumaweb and see if that works
  18. You'll have to guess with the ping you're seeing in game
  19. Could be power, do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?
  20. Could you try it with simple instead of custom and see if that works better please?
  21. Unplug the R2 from power, wait for 30 seconds, hold the Factory Reset button, while continuing to hold plug the power back into the R2 and keep holding the reset for 30 seconds then release. Wait 4 minutes, then see if it works
  22. I've sent you the .23 firmware via PM which should help. You can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting. Once complete I'd suggest doing a factory reset, see if it is any better then please.
