  1. As above, would suggest changing manually for the moment while we work to improve the reliability.
  2. You should see a circle with a controller in it, that will be the host of your game so you'll be able to check it's where you wanted it
  3. There could be many servers clustered in the same location, we don't have an exact number as they could turn on/off ones at different times of day etc. Why is it pointless unless you can import/export?
  4. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. Otherwise adjust them manually for the moment. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  5. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  6. It is working, just showing inactive, we'll fix that
  7. Go to chrome://settings/system in the web browser and make sure Hardware acceleration is enabled, does that fix the issue?
  8. Do you have a spare adapter you can try with at all?
  9. Okay I'll pass it onto the team to see if they can improve throughput at all
  10. That'd be the case even with the simple mode, if the server wildly fluctuates it wouldn't be able to prevent it but if you know that happens then that's when setting it higher to compensate will help
  11. It's a VPN service which would allow you to access the router interface/home network when you're away from home
  12. I'll get the team to try testing those games. That's a good idea, I'll add that to the list!

  15. You've tried all possible percentage combinations?
  16. Probably the issue we're looking into then, hopefully we'll find the cause and can provide a fix this week
  17. If that is the problem then yes, alternatively, if devices regain their connection which they should you could reboot the router at a time it wouldn't affect anyone and then the DHCP lease time would count down from there so should just happen when no one is using the internet
  18. Not yet, firmware will come out this week though
  19. That's annoying, the team are looking into disconnects, I'll make sure your topic is listed in case they require more information
  20. You only need to use one or the other, they'll both do a good job
  21. When the DHCP lease changes devices would get new IP addresses which would cause a disconnect
