  1. This forum is for DumaOS routers so you may find a better answer elsewhere
  2. Brilliant to hear that, thank you very much for those 4 servers, I'll get the team to whitelist them
  3. Restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. As long as you're not changing settings after you've already loaded the game though it should be fine
  4. It's likely the game is caching your previous settings and so it knows you can connect to the EU so it will keep trying to put you there
  5. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely - including the client from the System Tray Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  6. If you don't have the issue on the previous version it may be best to downgrade for the moment. Otherwise it may be SmartBOOST/IPv6 causing it so if you disable those it might be more stable while we look into it.
  7. It sounds like you may be connecting to players directly and through them to the server perhaps or just pure P2P. If you disable the filtering but so you can still see games on the Geo-Filter do you notice the same thing?
  8. What game is it you're playing exactly, CoD? It would indicate the game doesn't want to put you on those servers for some reason. With the Geo-Filter disabled, presumably you're getting more local games, what ping are you getting to those?
  9. What do you mean exactly? You were referring to turning off the WiFi
  10. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  11. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  12. You may need to do it a few times as they may use multiple servers, once you get them all it should work. If you could provide the IDs of the servers as well we can get them whitelisted.
  13. We don't give out any ETAs, we're waiting on a build from NG currently
  14. If you could that would be great, it would give us an idea if WoW is just not being detected properly or if it may be something else. Do keep us posted!
  15. It's something we're looking into, potentially combining the two features together but it would be a lot of work
  16. Good catch thank you, I'll pass it onto the team
  17. It would be better to make a new topic as your router/issue is different. I'd suggest factory resetting the router and waiting 4 minutes before accessing. If that works then uninstall and re-install the DumaOS app and it should work after that.
  18. You'd need to port forward the ports manually. Could you disable the Geo-Filter please just in case that's causing it
  19. It must be that they attempt a connection to the game when it is already loading in, if that's the case it'll be hard to have that work. The only thing that would allow this to work potentially is to ensure you have Geo-Latency enabled
  20. What happens exactly they can connect but don't have internet? Have you split the bands and connected them to 2.4 or 5GHz to see if that works?
  21. It can ping them that's fine but did it block them and still get you a game in the UK?
  22. Okay thank you, I'll have the team take a look into this, if you could provide the logs when you notice the speeds have decreased that would really help
  23. Nothing yet, I'm checking with him on Monday about another game so I'll mention this as well
  24. The router has probably shown you there is an update by now but you can find a link to the file here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
