That test is simulating a busy network but it's not actually capable of making you have a busy network to accurately determine what the bufferbloat would be and we don't claim to be able to get you A+ on that specific test. The best thing to do is to actually make a busy network by doing downloads/streams etc while following this guide https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping then It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values. Your aim is to get the bottom ping graph when doing the downloads/streams to look like the ping graph when you're not downloading. That is an accurate test and a good reflection of how it would perform should your network be busy.

As above it may be difficult/not possible but on the hub is there an option for IPv6 on LAN and if so, is that enabled?
-
As above, trouble in what sense exactly?
-
If you do this test on a PC what do you see? https://test-ipv6.com
-
When it continues searching do you see anything on the map at all?
-
As I mentioned before, I really wouldn't get bogged down in a rating because you won't get bufferbloat with Congestion Control enabled anyway. The only way to ensure a good result is disable/remove any priorities, disable Speed Test Bypass and fine tune/trial/error the percentages until you get the best result

Reboot the router and then it should all work correctly

Geo Filter für Warzone funktioniert nicht
Netduma Fraser replied to Oskar Markus's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Zoom out fully on the map, are you seeing any other icons that could be the game server? -
You generally add the VLAN as it is required for an internet connection but as you have a connection without it you don't need it
-
I was asleep at the time of your response. Disable LAN IPv6 on the R3 then try again please

ETA on new firmware with actual fixes
Netduma Fraser replied to GavinA895's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Shouldn't be too much longer but we're not giving any ETAs/rushing anything out -
It's like the R2, you use the Geo-Filter to force the servers - some servers are harder to force than others as they may not always be available/online

Geo-Filter error message keeps reoccurring

If you're having the interface open on both at the same time then potentially yes -
How to get a server ip address from geo-filter
Netduma Fraser replied to Andre993's topic in Call of Duty Support
If it isn't shown in the domain name then you can't convert it to an IP. In most cases there is no reason to know this, especially as CoD servers don't respond to pings or traces so it'll just time out -
Geo Filter is a hit or miss, QoS is completely useless.
Netduma Fraser replied to Grug's topic in Netduma R2 Support
What firmware version are you on? What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g. R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS and Geo-Filter pages please? -
Security update is done by NG, they don't consult with us on that and it's the only change so easy to do. It shouldn't be much longer now
-
If that's what feels best for you that's great! You are eliminating a hop so it does make sense to an extent

Geo-Filter error message keeps reoccurring
Netduma Fraser replied to Cajun72's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Probably a reboot from the interface should do it. If it continues could you try Firefox or another browser and see if you see the same please? -
I doubt it'll come in the next version tbh
-
Have you got the R3 in the DMZ on the Hub?
-
You can find that in Ping Optimizer > Advanced, set it to Always, 70% for download & upload and see if it is better after that
