  1. That error is likely due to a browser based Adblocker or potentially connecting to the interface with HTTPS rather than HTTP - if you check those does that then fix it?
  2. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.
  3. All that would be covered in the options in the config file - you just need the configuration file, enter it into HVPN, enter user/pass and you should be able to connect - if not if there are logs for the VPN please provide those and also provide the config you're using
  4. You won't have set them if you don't know how to check so that's fine but they still could be getting the same IP. While connected to the router via the PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. Then turn on the other one and do the same thing please.
  5. I don't think we've specifically tested it with the game but you'll be able to play it just fine with the router and may be able to Geo-Filter it though we can't guarantee it.
  6. Unfortunately I don't think there is anything else that can be done. You can try multiple factory resets in a row to see if that brings it back but I think it is likely bricked. As commiseration I can offer you 30% off an R3 if that's something you'd be interested in.
  7. Which IPv6 settings are you specifically using on the XR? Have you tried the option IPv6 connection options? - Do any of those keep it on more?
  8. Are you using PPPoE or VLAN on the router at all? Where are you testing the speeds?
  9. You'll already have a public IP, do you mean a static IP? In most cases no but do you have a moderate/strict NAT even with your gaming device connected directly to your ISP router?
  10. I've given you Early Access, upgrade to that version and it should prevent the issue happening again https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  11. Best thing is to use the DMZ, you won't lose anything by doing so, the effect is the same
  12. It's unlikely but it's possible that is restricting the ping so would be better in bridge
  13. Not specifically, find the DNS for your VPN, they'll probably have it on their site, then edit the VPN and enter it in the DNS boxes
  14. It's providing internet because it's acting like a switch rather than a router - it's an indication of it not working. Keep us posted!
  15. That should be good for now. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  16. Have them set the VPN DNS in HybridVPN and try again please
  17. Very likely a popular server and so will be much worse during peak/busy periods for hit detection
  18. I suspect when you're connecting through your friend you're connecting directly to the server. Whereas with the VPN you're connecting to that, then the server, back to the VPN, back to you. You're adding two significant hops to the server so quite probable you're hitting a ping limit preventing you playing.
  19. You're welcome, have a great holiday, we'll be here when you're back!
  20. No not currently, we'll remove that restriction in a future update
  21. Have you set static IPs on the devices themselves and made them the same by any chance?
