  1. We're aware of that and looking into it It might be due to the PPPoE, if you have another router handle PPPoE instead of the R3 then check with UPnP does it work then? By connected to the internet do you mean through a box on the wall/ONT?
  2. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Also you mention pre-patch but what was that firmware exactly? If you do these can you get better results? Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  3. To answer your questions: I think you will encounter some difficulties utilizing everything if you do this unfortunately - it's something we're aware of but may take some time to look into. No SSH access No it doesn't
  4. Try the above, also the router does a speed test from the router itself, not from devices, it also uses a different speed test server. Hard to say more without knowing what Congestion Control settings you were using specifically.
  5. You'd have to change them each time - multiple Geo-Filters is something we're looking at for the future.
  6. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to/how is it connected to get internet?
  7. Okay thanks for letting us know, I'll bump the team to try and get this sorted for the next one. No specific workaround I know of at the moment
  8. Thanks, the logs definitely shouldn't look like that so I'll pass that onto the devs to take a look. Is this on the very latest firmware .219?
  9. All you need to do is: Add Rule > Select Device > Port > Source Port 3074 > Destination Port 3074 > TCP & UDP > Save Then do the same for the other device but enter 3075 instead.
  10. No that's the oldest firmware, that's why I was a bit confused when you said you did the latest firmware but HVPN wasn't working. Upgrade to the above and then you can use it.
  11. Glad to hear a restart helped, disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN as well, the router will work better without it for the moment.
  12. What message do you see on the Ping Heatmap page when it isn't loading?
  13. Do the above for Geo, for UPnP reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then reboot your gaming device, wait 2 minutes and see if it works then please. Also is the R3 in the DMZ on your main router?
  14. What is the firmware version you see in the top right on the PC?
  15. Thanks a lot, I'll chase the team for this.
  16. If we added the ability to prioritize by ports you could achieve that with the profiles system we have - I'll add it to the list, thanks for the suggestion!
  17. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN, does UPnP work then?
  18. You can't just port forward any port and have it work, they have to be specific. For UPnP do the above, if you want to port forward then you'd need to do 3074 for one and 3075 for the other
  19. You have a few options, they will all work, you just need to pick one: Add ports like you've done Use DumaOS Classified Games Use the Call of Duty series service Use the Games Console service
  20. Port Forwarding is completely different from Traffic Prioritization, you shouldn't need to do port forwarding though - if you set NAT to Open in WAN Settings that'll be fine. Then you can do Traffic Prioritization, which you can either do DumaOS Classified Games or add as a console, no need for both.
  21. Can you provide a full uncropped screenshot of the interface on the VPN page please?
  22. What game is it you're playing? Try forcing servers slightly further away even if they have a higher ping, they may play better if you're being lag compensated. The log entries there won't be causing any issues.
  23. I responded in your other topic, lets continue there: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/55659-the-latest-updates-gets-worst/#comment-413661
  24. That wouldn't be causing it, when it happens could you grab the logs please and we can take a look
  25. Good summary above. The game is a hard one to filter as we believe they're using proxies/relays so it may not always filter but if we can get around it we will, it'll just require more work and won't necessarily be a quick thing.
