  1. Unplug the R2 from power, wait for 30 seconds, hold the Factory Reset button, while continuing to hold plug the power back into the R2 and keep holding the reset for 30 seconds then release. Wait 4 minutes, then try accessing please and see if you can go through the setup wizard.
  2. There isn't no. You can click the home icon then click on the map to change to your location
  3. That's great to hear, as long as you got it sorted that's the main thing!
  4. Just trying to get you access to the interface at the moment - without that you won't get internet. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, then hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface - you can remove the static IP.
  5. No that wouldn't be possible, it's not a card it's a CPU chip with integrated WiFi soldered to the board. It would also void your warranty. It won't be a hardware issue, it'll be something we can further improve through firmware but also 5GHz has poor penetration so the further away from the router you are the less speed you'll get.
  6. Okay great thank you. Set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.77.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 DNS: 192.168.77.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.
  7. Yes please. The video shows you everything you need to do
  8. Could be either the cable connecting the console to the R3 or the cable connecting the R3 to the modem
  9. I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/54949-dumaos-is-not-running/?do=findComment&comment=407569
  10. It needs to be connected to the router for there to be any useful information
  11. The gains are minimal. TV should connect to the XR if possible. You can activate IPv6 on the XR but only if it's handling the main connection, if its in the DMZ then no need. You only need this if your ISP supports IPv6.
  12. Thanks for the IDs! You don't need to worry about the IPs and while it is best to be in bridge mode it's not necessary, you can have the R3 in its DMZ instead
  13. Just to clarify, was the PC connected to the R2 at all when you did this screenshot?

  17. Have you swapped out the ethernet cable? That could be a big reason if you haven't tried it already
  18. Long weekend due to national holiday on Monday so I won't hear anything until Tuesday and even then it won't be an immediate edition, we have a list of games to add but we will get to it
  19. I would suggest the second option - having the XR handle VLAN is not a requirement nor will it give you better experience
  20. Thanks for the extra IDs, I've passed them on to Alex everytime and he has commented on them, I suspect he's building out an update so a lot of things can be updated at once

  22. What do you see when trying to access the interface? While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  23. It is in Early Access yes, you can find that here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ go with the .170 version for the moment if you want to use the VPN
  24. Did you factory reset after the update? If not that could be why, try that and see if it works please
