You can't impact who connects to your games - only the servers you connect to. Is the issue that you're connecting to servers within your radius but the players in those games are foreign? Yes cloud updates won't be long, we did an update to our internal tool so will be easier.

You won't be able to stabilize every single game, what game are you playing? Are any of your games getting stabilized?

Great improvement, the only other things I could suggest are: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _

It's probably best to agree to disagree because we'll never agree on the subnet aspect and as I did mention in emails before it's not something the team will change but we'll take your point about the custom list and see if we can add that back in.

That's great to hear, do keep us updated. If the latency is too high do disable Steady Ping and see if it is better then.

Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.

I understand, that is what I am referring to. What is the ping showing for you?

We never give out any ETAs on firmware, we have completed the port so it's working on the R2 now but we will need to refine and test before it's ready to be put out for people to use

Access via routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm and then re-upgrade and try again

Basically what I mentioned before, direct it's pinging the server directly - traced it can't ping the server directly so it's running a trace and taking the last ping response

Steady Ping doesn't impact whether you connect to the server or not so you'll still be connecting to it. Not every server can be stabilized but we're working to improve that where possible

If you refresh the page you can still access it when it should be resetting? Do the lights on the router cycle?

Do a factory reset, it's a big jump in firmware, then it should load - also would be better to post in the beta topic

Do a factory reset from the interface, close the tab, wait 4 minutes, access, complete the wizard, make your changes, use it for at least a few hours, then reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes then access and unplug later that day and see if it works then

I will say out of all the games out customers play this is one of the hardest ones to provide a consistent experience for, even with settings all perfect you can't guarantee every game will be amazing so I'd say it'll definitely help but it's not fool proof

I'll let the team know - you'll still be able to connect to them using the Geo-Filter
