  1. No worries! We can continue troubleshooting if you'd like to try and get the R2 up and running again?
  2. I'd recommend having a look through our optimal settings guides here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/home
  3. What router and firmware version are you on? Are you testing the speeds on the router or on a site like speedtest.net? Are you testing over WiFi or ethernet?
  4. Great thanks, I'll pass it onto the team!
  5. You have to add your device/game to the Geo-Filter for it to apply so if you haven't added your gaming device it won't be the cause of the disconnects. We'll look into testing the game. See if there is an error code for the disconnect and look that up and it may provide more information.
  6. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  7. You can ignore that, it's just the way the naming worked for it
  8. That's normal, gaming doesn't use much bandwidth
  9. It is possible each device could show up three times if at one point or another you've connected it via: ethernet, 2.4GHz & 5GHz at one point or another. There isn't a specific way to stop that as each method will have its own MAC address and so appears as a new device. Best thing to do is to identify it at the time, name it appropriately and then reserve an IP address for that device.
  10. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  11. If a different LAN port doesn't help and issues persist, downgrading would be a good option to see if it continues. In terms of the R3, I can't guarantee all your issues will be solved immediately, these routers do require a more hands on approach than other routers so there is always something that can be tweaked. The R3 will get the latest updates though which means it'll only get better, the XR500 won't receive any major updates anymore.
  12. That might be part of the problem then if you're saying the Xbox connected via ethernet in the above screenshot, the router isn't seeing that - if you connect it to one of the other LAN ports does it then appear?
  13. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  14. It's possible it will work right away but we'll test the game when it releases and make an update if necessary - feel free to remind us closer to the release date!
  15. Right now we're focusing on any major issues, once that's sorted we can focus on polishing and potentially adding feature requests like this so it's possible that will come this year
  16. Added Likely the ping on the router is the closest ping response it could get (pinging game servers times out usually so we do something clever but doesn't always work), I'd block it and get a different one Unless a change is made last minute, yes it will still have remote logging enabled. For the moment for the big issues we'll keep it in, unlikely all future EA versions will have that. Public versions will never have remote logging enabled.
  17. Unless you're having issues you don't really need to keep an eye on those stats but you should be able to do a static route with the R3 though I've never tried/seen anyone try on the R3 so there is a chance it won't work but if it doesn't it may be a bug we can fix
  18. I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/54949-dumaos-is-not-running/?do=findComment&comment=407569
