  1. That can happen sometimes as not all servers are pingable, in that scenario check the ping in game
  2. What firmware version are you on currently and can you provide a screenshot of how you've added your devices to the VPN please?
  3. That's good to hear, thanks for the update!
  4. Access routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm and continue the update through to RC14 and see if it works after that please
  5. Yeah please wait until it happens again, those are fine to show
  6. Can you try accessing via http://192.168.1.1 or http://routerlogin.net please and see if it works? 192.168.1.13 isn't the default IP to access
  7. You will need to add them to your allow list, attempt the connection/send the invite and then look on the map zoomed out for an icon that is blocked. Click it, add to your allow list and that should prevent it going forward so you can connect and filter at the same time.
  8. A network switch that provides you with more ethernet ports
  9. Thanks for the info, as well as your activity priorities also add the devices specifically as well. Also, when you're all using the internet/gaming are you leaving the interface on constantly?
  10. Thanks for the suggestion, I will add it to the list, can't promise it'll be done though
  11. That's fine just click go to DumaOS and you'll be able to access the interface and make any changes
  12. Upgrade to this: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56107-new-r3-firmware-40236/ then do a factory reset after and see if it still happens please
  13. Have you changed the LAN IP to access the interface as that isn't the normal IP. What router/firmware are you using?
  14. I'll respond to your topic/in Early Access
  15. That's definitely helpful for troubleshooting purposes, in terms of feature offerings though they are on the same level. The only difference between the two is the CPU I believe but they're the same speed
  16. Thanks for the information, could you provide a screenshot of the Device Manager table view on the router please?
  17. If you're going to provide a comment like this then please explain why you feel that way so that we can make fixes/changes/improvements
  18. I've responded to your topic
  19. Upgrade to the latest: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56107-new-r3-firmware-40236/ then factory reset after and see if it is more stable after
  20. The V2 is essentially the same as the V1 so although it doesn't have many updates specifically for it, it is as up to date as the V1 is.
  21. I'd recommend having a look through some of our video guides: https://www.youtube.com/@netduma/videos Ideally ALL devices would be connected to the R3 for the optimal connection.
  22. Are you using a switch at all? Are you able to have your ISP modem/router handle PPPoE instead to see if that reduces it?
  23. Could you ask them to extend the lease time at all?
  24. Yes that's correct Reboot the router, wait a few minutes then try again If it's not listed in the change log then it hasn't been fixed, we're still working on it currently. We don't do immediate rollouts on the interface, if there was a major issue that bricked every router that would be a major disaster. That's why we delay that until we can be sure it's all fine. If you want to see it in Stats for nerds then you'd need to add in activities is what he is saying but it'll still prioritize
  25. Last major update yes
