  1. Are you using the credentials you use to login to NordVPN on their website or the service credentials? It needs to be the latter that you should be able to access in your NordVPN dashboard
  2. Okay if you've returned the XR1000 then please explain what the issue is you're having with the XR500
  3. A factory reset will revert it to factory default settings so as though you were setting it up again for the first time, the only thing that persists through is the firmware version you're on. The team have said it should be working without the workaround I mentioned so they'll be testing it and getting a fix out via the cloud as soon as they can.

  11. Have you disabled share excess by any chance? How do you have Traffic Prioritization set?
  12. Do you have this same issue if your phone uses mobile data for example?

  14. What web browser are you using? Are you accessing via HTTPS? Do you have a browser based Adblocker enabled? If you click reload at the bottom does it load? What firmware version are you on?
  15. The test on the console is an estimate, I believe it says this, it doesn't mean you aren't getting those speeds. With a wired PC and QoS on what speeds do you get on speedtest.net? How do you have Traffic Prioritization set?

  17. Bandwidth Allocation doesn't mean the device will take all that speed - gaming also requires less than 1Mbps generally and giving it more won't make it use it. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?
  18. I don't have EE unfortunately so I can't easily check, it might be you're not able to do that. When you go to add a device to the Geo-Filter could you provide a screenshot of all the services you have available to choose from please?
  19. Yes on the app, I believe if you go on the Manage page > WiFi controls and scroll down you'll see the devices section and you should be able to do it if you tap on the device
  20. Great, as soon as I get the ID i'll pass it onto the team to get it added in the next cloud update
  21. This is something we'll be retesting, in the meantime, in devices if you change the PC to have the device type of a console it should then work again on the Geo-Filter. Make sure to delete the device on the Geo-Filter first, then change the type, then re-add it back to the Geo-Filter.

  23. What is the server you're using to run the test exactly? How have you setup the QoS page? It's very unlikely it's faulty otherwise it would be consistently high constantly. Did you change anything physically or in settings just prior to when you saw the issue happen?
  24. That server should be whitelisted by default - have you denied it? If not could you provide the ID of the server please so we can add it to the global whitelist. You'll need to add it to the allow list for the moment until we do that.
