  1. There are many servers clustered in a singular location so keep denying them - it is possible the game is using relay servers which we'll have to look into
  2. It's the same scenario, you should see blocked icons on the map or icons that you'll need to click on to add to the allow list
  3. He's away currently but is working on a big cloud update, I will make sure it's in it
  4. Are you definitely seeing a server there? I can request it
  5. Could you disable bridge on your modem and put the R3 in its DMZ instead please and see if that works?
  6. No real recommendations, the differences between them are the speeds/distances they can support essentially. For home use Cat5e or Cat6 is more than sufficient.
  7. It definitely won't be getting DumaOS 4, the 3.3 beta they're testing currently, they've taken awhile with it but hopefully won't be much longer. I'll be contacting them today personally about the links on the support site not working, I'll also be mentioning the beta.
  8. You'll need to factory reset it and then that will be resolved
  9. We don't have a user manual per se, a lot of the information about our features etc is on the website, netduma.com and you can also check out our channel on YouTube. The tech specs are also on the website but for ease here they are: DumaOS Version: DumaOS 4 DumaOS Access: iOS/Android App, Mobile and Desktop Web Views Wifi Technology: WiFi 6 – 802.11ax Dual Band Gigabit Wifi Performance: AX3000 WiFi (BCM6756) Wifi Band: Simultaneous dual band 2.4 & 5GHz Antennas: 4x external, detachable antennas Ethernet Ports: Five – 1 WAN, 4 LAN Gigabit (10/100/1000Mbps) CPU: ARM 1.5GHz Quad-core Processor Memory: 256MB DDR3 RAM, 256MB Flash LEDs: Reactive RGB Power Supply: 12V, 1.5A USB Ports: 1x USB 3.0 If you want to find out more detailed specs you can look online for the CPU/WiFi Chip used (BCM6756)
  10. You already have access
  11. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  12. It's not the software fault, it's them relaying you through a server to another server that is the issue - we can't see that relay so it doesn't get blocked.
  13. There is something wrong if you think your radius is elsewhere - change the home location again - would be easier to do this on PC. Then: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  14. Disable IPv6 for LAN/WAN, apply, reboot, wait 4 minutes then enable for WAN only, apply, reboot, wait 4 minutes then check please.
  15. It's doing the relay server then, we'll look into it but it won't be a quick process and there may not be a way around it
  16. Can you provide us with the ID please? That would mean it's been whitelisted and so may be impossible to get a game outside until we remove that. Please make a new topic and provide a screenshot of what you see when that happens.
  17. Fingers crossed we can definitely get it filtering!
  18. Sign up here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ then we can add you
  19. You can find the versions here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000177578-r3-firmware alternatively they will be in the R3 Support subforum. I've given you Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ so you can try the versions there as well.
  20. Okay thanks, probably best I pass it onto the team and see what they make of the logs. I'll get back to you.
