  1. No there isn't. Don't worry about the benchmark result but do take note of the ookla results. If it's all over the place when testing direct to your modem then that or the ISP will be the issue. Make sure to remove the router from the equation before they arrive otherwise they may try to blame it
  2. Great to hear that, thanks for posting the solution!
  3. You don't receive anything, you're just able to access here now: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  4. Did you get the log directly after the disconnect or after the disconnect once you'd done a reboot? Seems like it's after a reboot. Have you applied HybridVPN to the devices you're having trouble with? Yes you can do that, if the router reads them as connected to the ports (check the LAN page) then they will appear on the Device Manager - they may not have an IP address but you will be able to see the MAC address, match that to your device and you can reserve an IP as normal on the router. You could also set a static IP on the devices themselves with these details and see if they connect: IP address: 192.168.77.X (X being a number between 2 and 249 but make sure you're not picking an IP your other devices are using) Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 DNS: 192.168.77.1
  5. Usually if you click the refresh or continue to interface anyway it should allow you in, does that not happen? I've given you Early Access so you can try the firmware there, the issue should be reduced on that version: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  6. That's great to hear, thanks for the update, you're very welcome!
  7. That's great to hear, thanks for the update, you're very welcome!
  8. Added you both
  9. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page showing what you see when it's not working please? Make sure the map is zoomed out and it's a full screen picture, not cropped.
  10. Could be a dodgy USB port on the router then, no worries at all, do let us know how you get on - it may help someone else in future!
  11. Do you mean literally the Traffic Controller page? If so that's a parental control type feature, you need to fine tune on the QoS page
  12. Thanks for the request, I'll pass it onto the team
  13. Thanks, I will pass it on - realistically though you're never going to see that many connections at once when gaming
  14. You mentioned you have the XR, perhaps you could use that ahead of the R3 for a week and see instead with that if you see the same issue
  15. As long as it's not causing you a disconnection it's fine, not necessarily normal but fine. Are you encountering issues with the log entries you've described? DPI class is a common log entry.
  16. Could you clarify exactly how it's telling you it's not working? What exactly are you seeing?
  17. This isn't one of our features so we may not be able to help fully but how is ReadyShare setup on the router? Any settings there you may need to adjust?
  18. I can't tell what it's asking really but you shouldn't need to change anything further, put it in and that's it
  19. It's assigning IPs to devices which is fine - are you encountering issues with these logs? The logs are primarily for the devs, they show background processes, many of which can look like errors but are normal.
  20. You're very welcome, do let us know how you get on
  21. Yes that's the right one - you'll be hard pressed to find anyone commenting there who doesn't have something to resolve, it is a support forum after all but the only way to be sure is to try it yourself.
  22. For QoS I'd suggest putting the Congestion Control download percentage down, try 70% and experiment from there. Priority on the fritz I don't think would be correct, the DMZ - I think it's called exposed host on the fritz, put the XR WAN IP (found on the XR System Information page) in it
  23. We had to upgrade you to DumaOS 4 and factory reset it, you can stay on the DumaOS 4 beta update or you can downgrade to the one you wanted. Let me know if it didn't work and if you want to stay on the beta update and I can add you to the early access section.
