  1. The beta isn't available for the XR1000 currently. When you add the console to the Geo-Filter select the manual option and it will add with the Games Console service and then you can use it as you want
  2. Exactly as above, let us know if that works for you
  3. Fair enough, definitely easier to control what is affecting your network that way, let us know how you get on!
  4. If you're not sure what settings do in the network settings it's always best to leave them alone. If you don't have IPv6 then enabling IPv6 won't do anything. DMZ passes all traffic through to the device you put in it, this can be helpful to open NAT but is a major security issue if you do it for a PC so if you've done that take it out, it's fine to use for a console.
  5. I believe it's enabled by default so still could be enabled even if you see the tour if it says enable then no that won't be it. Where are you seeing the ping, in game or on the Geo-Filter? Are you trying to use the Geo-Filter with the game?
  6. Can you provide a video of what happens when you try please?
  7. On the QoS page, in the Congestion Control menu you can adjust the speeds manually, then QoS will work a lot better, that should prevent any lag issues. You're still getting bandwidth on the console, gaming just doesn't use much so it will never show that kind of amount.
  8. It may be that due to this time of year more people are playing and the servers are becoming fuller which in turn makes it hard to force a server if you just have the one selected
  9. Slowdowns in what sense? On bandwidth allocation, on the devices setting you can give the TV less bandwidth then you can disable Share Excess and that will have everything keep to the bandwidth set but keep in mind everything will be limited
  10. Try abc123@skydsl|abc123 when you get a chance and see if that works instead
  11. It won't prioritize WiFi over wired, especially as the console is the only thing you've given priority to. Are you experiencing issues in game when the TV is used?
  12. If it can't ping the server properly it will have a hard time stabilizing them. Glad to hear that was the cause, thanks for the update!
  13. You shouldn't have an issue with close servers, they're just concerned about high pings caused by those using VPNs
  14. Where are you entering the details exactly? Can you provide a screenshot please?
  15. Connect it to your existing router for the moment, complete the wizard and then upgrade to the latest firmware, either from here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57039-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40290/ or the interface, then attempt to use those details again to connect.
  16. It's either that the in game ping includes the calculation for processing delay (which all games have but not all choose to show and we can't determine that value) or we can't properly ping the server - if the ping method shows as traced rather than direct then that is likely the case.
  17. Great thanks, I'll pass it on!
  18. A triangle would indicate it has been blocked, you don't want that to appear in your region because you want to allow it. What happens when you search for a game exactly?
  19. How have you setup Congestion Control? That is the feature that will prevent you lagging when other devices are being used
  20. Glad you got it sorted, thanks for the update!
  21. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  22. Swap cables and ports then check if the same happens please
  23. Yes it is currently, you'll have to factory reset and then if you want to reboot you'll need to disable HVPN first.
  24. You can only disable the top RGB. To disable the LEDs - we have looked into it - would require a separate firmware that disabled them e.g. .290 normal & .290 LEDs off and you'd then have to choose which you want to use. There is no real easy way to have a button on the UI for it.
