  1. Do the same please but also close the battle.net client down please on the PC then start it up again, in theory that should trigger it to request the ports
  2. From what someone else has mentioned it may be the cause of a server in Ireland being blocked, if you allow that when it appears blocked it should work
  3. Fuzy should be able to help in this regard but I will be checking in on the topic in case I'm needed, likely PPPoE as mentioned would be needed here.
  4. Exactly as above, do keep in mind as well that if it fails the seller is unlikely to accept a return.
  5. How have you setup SmartBOOST exactly? How are the consoles connected to the router exactly?
  6. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please. I would suggest instead upgrading to the beta though which should be more stable and then doing the above if it persists after the upgrade and a reset. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/
  7. No that isn't possible, have you tried the recent early access version? What issues are you having exactly?
  8. I would think so yes, it is a NG hardware feature so not something I'm 100% confident in confirming but there is more information here: https://kb.netgear.com/000060606/How-do-I-set-up-my-10G-SFP-port-for-WAN-on-my-NETGEAR-Nighthawk-XR700-Pro-Gaming-Router
  9. Have no firmware updates in that time resolved it? In most cases rebooting then waiting about 4 minutes before accessing should allow it to load correctly, does that work?
  10. You won't be being punished for using the router, I would suggest: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and this will help with keeping it in the radius. If it's still happening then it's something we'll find during testing and will make any necessary cloud updates to adjust it.
  11. Yeah we wouldn't use the existing remote access for that, I don't know what the plans are for it currently, there will be a time where more user requests make it in
  12. You already have access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  13. Great thanks a lot, I'll pass it onto the team!
  14. We don't control the servers the game uses we can't add any that might not be there. If there are some that are mislocated for example we can move them but ultimately the Geo-Filter shows active connections.
  15. If you disable the Geo-Filter for the PC and restart the game does it appear open then?
  16. Okay that's good, if you do the process again above does it then work?
  17. Please sign up here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and we can get you added
  18. Peer is an easy fix but that's good to know, thanks!
  19. You could try the above but otherwise you may need to disable the Geo-Filter for the moment while we test it and hopefully get a cloud update out during the beta period
  20. Where are you testing the NAT type exactly? When you're testing it is the console also in use at the time? If so if you use the PC first is it on open?
  21. Go up to the properly posted firmware in Early Access which is more up to date. The team are still actively looking into the issue as well.
