  1. It's still applying Congestion Control when you're playing using your set values
  2. It means it'll use a server within your radius to connect you to a server outside your radius
  3. The cable type doesn't matter, try a different cable and also try a different port on the router. If you've set manual network settings on the console remove them and make it automatic.
  4. You can do this yes but the ports are limited to 1Gbps so you'll get a 10th of the speeds you pay for through it, that doesn't matter for gaming though.
  5. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then.
  6. Yes the one in Ireland needs to be allowed, it's an authentication server required for online play, at least remove those and see if it works. The team will push a cloud on Monday that should help overall.
  7. We're pretty sure the game is using relay servers which will be hard for us to resolve which is why it will require dev input, it may not be possible. We don't have a public ticket system, what you've done is fine thank you.
  8. Okay no worries, there is another way to try when we force it, I'll let the team know to try it on Monday, thanks for your patience
  9. I'll get the team to have a look, in the meantime use one of the other CoD options - the servers basically never change
  10. It should indicate something, trying to stabilize, unable to stabilize etc, if not then it's been disabled and you'll need to re-enable it. If they're both on at the same time then one will use 3074 and the other will use 3075 that's normal.
  11. Uninstall the app then re-install it please and see if it works then
  12. When are you playing exactly when this is happening? Do you have better luck during off peak hours?
  13. We tried again but could you reboot quickly and get it back up for us?
  14. Did you change anything at all from when it was working to when it stopped?
  15. There will be multiple servers there, you'll need to keep blocking them, we'll look into the filtering of the game but may take some time
  16. I'd suggest testing with downloads while following: https://bit.ly/bufferbloat-test start with a high value e.g 95%, test, decrease 10%, test, decrease 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good, then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Important to note that Download/Upload on CC don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This is more of a real world test as you're actually doing traffic you would normally do.
  17. No it doesn't really, NAT is important as it determines who you're able to connect to but given most games are using servers now it's not that much of a problem. Even in private chats/parties I think they route you through a server now as well but in some cases that might be where you notice it most prominently.
  18. It will be pushed automatically when done, it being in the wrong location won't affect you negatively though as you know it's there now. Add it to your allow list so you can always connect to it regardless of your radius
  19. You'll need to remove the port forwards on the BT hub and put the R3 in the BT hub DMZ instead, then check if you get an Open NAT. If you don't disable the Geo-Filter, restart the game then check, if you then get open you can ignore the moderate reading going forward.
  20. We don't have any hardware currently available of reaching those speeds, you could use your ISP modem/router as the main router allowing for your speeds then get an R3 or second hand R2, whatever you wish and use it exclusively with your gaming device for the Geo-Filter. Your bandwidth doesn't matter for gaming so it would work just fine that way.
  21. Resync the cloud please and try again
  22. It should have told you during the initial setup that it was changing to that to prevent a conflict. Could you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please?
