  1. Turn off the PS5 Unplug the ethernet cable from the PS5 Turn on the PS5 Plug in the ethernet cable to the PS5 Check if you have the issue
  2. Disable Adblocker on the router and see if that resolves it please, if not disable BI in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes then see if it happens again please
  3. You wouldn't change those settings unless you needed them, so you just plugged the R3 into that box on the wall and got internet right away?
  4. Change the router IP address in LAN > Advanced, save, reboot from the interface then check if it works
  5. Gotcha thanks, are you using PPPoE or VLAN at all?
  6. If you unplug the ethernet prior to turning it on, then turn it on, wait for it to get to the dashboard properly then plug it in does it work without issue?
  7. It has to be reset after, before doesn't do anything. What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control when you were using it?
  8. That accounts for 0.0037% packet loss, anything less than 1% is generally acceptable and you won't notice any impact whatsoever. Yours is way less than 1% so nothing to be concerned with.
  9. Same questions as above
  10. I'm not sure what you mean but unprioritized in this scenario is a good thing, you haven't dropped any packets, you don't want the number to go up
  11. Not seeing much indicator as to why that would have happened. Are you leaving the console in an instant on/standby state?
  12. Still looks like DHCP, could you provide a screenshot of the DHCP page please?
  13. Thanks for trying, the team will continue to look into it
  14. What are the timestamps for when it happens in the logs?
  15. If you're not seeing any issues alongside this you can ignore it
  16. There isn't any information to go off in those logs unfortunately. If you switch back does it happen again?
  17. Disable Ping Assist, that will keep servers within your radius. Also enable strict mode and disable fast search for the same reason.
  18. The model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to, not your ISP. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? You should enter the speeds you pay for/receive and then adjust Congestion Control to eliminate bufferbloat.
  19. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. If not please provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing what you see when this happens please.
  20. It'll be in the next cloud update that should have been pushed but not sure it has, I'm checking with the team
  21. Did you factory reset after upgrading? It's a big firmware change. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode How do you have SmartBOOST setup?
  22. They may not have pushed it yet, I'll double check. Use the other methods for the moment.
  23. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.
  24. I've private messaged them to you as they contact your private keys
