  1. If the R3 is in the DMZ on the Hub and then as a test you put your PC in the DMZ on the R3 then check and it's still moderate then it's possible you have a CG-NAT. Remove the PC from the DMZ as soon as you've done the test though.
  2. It would be yes, there is something we're working on, I don't know if it would go to the extent of being able to Geo-Filter though
  3. I believe it's because the XR doesn't have Ping Optimizer/isn't on the 3.3 update. You can use the Auto Setup function on the web browser which does the same thing
  4. Oh yes sorry, my mistake, I'll come back to you when I know more
  5. Okay keep us posted, I'll be around then!
  6. Gotcha, thanks, I've passed it on, there are no other servers in that region so as long as you have the south covered you won't miss it
  7. Thank you, are you trying to use HybridVPN while playing?
  8. I'm checking with Alex and will let you know, the workaround will still work just as well in the meantime
  9. Yes that will potentially be a possibility but not currently
  10. It should be there so it's correct
  11. It's odd that it's showing Google for the DNS - have you set this manually on the console?
  12. Okay take me through exactly what you've done, with screenshots if possible and I can better tell where the problem is
  13. That one is an SA server so that's correct or are you saying it's appearing elsewhere?
  14. I see you've made a new topic, I'll respond to you there
  15. If you disable the Geo-Filter does it work normally? If so, please provide a screenshot of how you've set it up please. I think that's likely to be a browser/monitor issue rather than the page doing it
  16. Okay thanks, I'll let Alex know. There isn't no
  17. Yes please - next time the issue happens before you reset
  18. Okay so it's not being able to access and no internet? Try this link for the logs http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt
  19. Could you provide the logs when it happens please?
  20. The internet disconnects or the router restarts?
  21. By new firmware do you mean .402? So it's disconnecting? Can you provide the logs prior to rebooting the next time it happens please?
  22. Great, that method is fine, hard to say at the moment but the way you have it is good
  23. Either is fine but use the second method as you're having trouble. All you need to do is remote the PPPoE details from the R3 and save. Connect the ISP router to your modem as normal. Connect a LAN port from the ISP router to the R3 WAN port. Check for internet. If you don't have it, reboot the R3 and wait 4 minutes.
  24. The Geo-Filter may be causing a misreading of the NAT, disable it, restart then check the NAT status, if it is Open you can re-enable the Geo-Filter and ignore the moderate reading. The R3 WAN IP should be in the DMZ on your modem. The PS5 IP can be put into the R3 DMZ if you still have NAT moderate but it should not be put in the modem DMZ. That's a very good ping so it's likely the game - this always happen around launch time.
  25. You don't have to do one specific option but if you remove the router from the ISP you'll need to use PPPoE/VLAN on the R3. If you use the ISP router you can just connect the R3 to it and not use PPPoE/VLAN on the R3. Let me know which you're doing and if it then doesn't work.
