  1. There will be new firmware which should help, can't say when it will release exactly - we're aware of the delay in connection when booting up (I suspect if you leave a device on standby you'll notice this moreso). I don't have a specific recommendation as I'd always suggest staying on the latest.
  2. That looks all fine, I'll bump Alex
  3. It's the credentials you use to login to the interface on your PC web browser - if you don't recall what it is then you'll need to factory reset and go through the wizard to set new credentials.
  4. You can't disable it per se but a few options: Reboot the router at a different time such as just prior to going to bed or early morning and it should then shift the renewal to happen then instead Disable DHCP entirely after you've given all devices a reserved IP address - any new devices you want to connect you'll have to give them a static/reserved IP on the device itself first #1 would be the easiest option really.
  5. Yeah I get you - the right side of HVPN where you add a rule - the device you want it to apply to and the service
  6. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How have you setup Congestion Control & SmartBOOST?
  7. I'm having issues with the app myself so there will be some issue I think
  8. What's the ping shown on the Geo-Filter and in game that you're generally getting?
  9. Either some of the blocked servers need to be allowed to filter without Geo-Latency or the game can't be Geo-Filter normally at all which is what Geo-Latency can help with but you'll run that risk of connecting to servers outside your radius.
  10. Thanks for letting us know, I'll pass it on to see if the team can reproduce it.
  11. Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing what you see when you get a game outside your radius please - disable Geo-Latency if you haven't already as that could be a cause.
  12. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  13. Heatmap just pings servers, it won't be causing you not to filter but it is a very hard server to force - I suspect and it makes sense now as well that they use it for busy periods (launch month) so I would suggest covering a few more servers
  14. You already have it https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  15. What device are you playing on? If it's a PC, what platform are you using?
  16. That won't cause you lag but can you provide a screenshot of the rule you made please?
  17. Provide the log then please - the latter I believe is a browser or perhaps a resolution thing - try an incognito window or reduce the resolution and see if that works
  18. Okay so if you add a new device with the XR1000 selected it won't let you persist with adding it manually, you just get the above?
  19. Let's continue in your topic
  20. Is this on the R3? If so I can give you Early Access
  21. The rollout of the cloud should be at 100% now so you should have it, I have asked the team to check. It's possible the download of the cloud is being blocked - What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Resync the cloud and then get the log from the System Information page please.
  22. You'll have one of these if you bought it: XR1000 XR1000 v2 or one of these if it was provided: XR1000-1RNNAS (ENTOUCH) XR1000-1RNNAS (GRANDE) XR1000-1RNNAS (RCN) XR1000-1RNNAS (WAVE) You should be able to tell top right of the interface - but I can tell you it won't be any of the last 4 as they've never had an update. If you've updated the router more than once in the lifetime you've had it then it won't be the v2 either as that's only had 1 post release update. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  23. Great to hear! I doubt it no but if it happens again try that process again and it should work
  24. Is this your first time setting up the router? In which case you'd either use the Nighthawk app or setup using your PC web browser
  25. Check the IP on the device itself and then check it against the name of the device you're adding on the Device Manager, do they match?
