  1. No I don't believe it's limited to the beta version
  2. Could you provide a screenshot of the rule you have made please?
  3. Glad to hear you got it sorted and thanks for the update. You should be able to get past that part with the Geo-Filter enabled though - have a look on the map for a server being blocked and add it to your allow list, you may need to do this a few times and then it'll work without disabling. If you could then provide the IDs of the servers we can add them to the global whitelist.
  4. We released a new app update recently so that's likely why - uninstall it then re-install it and see if it works please, if not please provide the error you're seeing
  5. What's the login error you're getting exactly?
  6. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 4 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  7. Zoom out fully on the map as it's quite possible it's connected outside your radius
  8. We upgraded the support site and that page is no longer available - it was not being updated very often so wasn't very useful really.
  9. You just need to put the XR in the DMZ on the modem. You should not put your PC in the DMZ on the XR.
  10. That's probably the issue if you're trying to use three methods at the same time - remove the PC from the DMZ, that's a major security issue. Then see if it's better.
  11. Are you using port forwarding or the DMZ?
  12. Sorry force of habit, I don't know if it has it or not and I wouldn't know the specific location of it. If you access it then it could be in Security settings. Otherwise if you refer to the manual it will tell you. Then enter the XR1000 WAN IP from the System Information page into it.
  13. You don't need internet to get the logs as the router is a local device so indicates it's generally not accessible which is probably more than a simple disconnect. I've sent you a PM.
  14. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Could you provide a screenshot of that relay message please? Is the device directly connected to the router or through a switch, extender etc?
  15. Can you provide a screenshot of the System Information page on the router and the app please?
  16. Good advice above, otherwise manually adjust the download Congestion Control slider and see how it impacts your results.
  17. I'd stick on that version if it's the beta one. You resync it from the Ping Heatmap menu
  18. Have you ever had an Open NAT? Could you follow the CG-NAT section and let us know the results please? https://support.netduma.com/docs/dumaos-3/open-nat/#cg-nat
  19. You can set the ports instead which will probably be more effective
  20. Sounds like it was applying all the time, now it'll only be applying in certain scenarios like with gaming or work from home traffic
  21. It does have IPv6 https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/hardware-network/connect-network/ipv6-on-xbox-one
  22. That's really very hard to say as all connections/setups are different - those stats look good but that also depends on whether you get those results all the time. Being in M.E. you don't have many servers available to choose from, if you're already connecting to them on a consistent basis then the Geo-Filter wouldn't be too much use. I would put it like this, do you actually experience lag caused by local congestion or from being put on far away servers? If the answer is yes then the router can help. If it's just for better hit detection then I can't give you a definitive answer on that as the router fixes tangible things whereas hit detection isn't usually reflected in network statistics.
  23. Could you do screenshots where I can see the whole screen please? This will help me better determine any issues. How to: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/102646 You don't appear on the map, the red dot is the centre of the radius, the white will be a server
  24. I'm not sure what you mean by a special nord config for CoD but using a VPN does make it so your ping is higher. I can't help you with the latter if that's what you're trying to do, we don't support circumventing SBMM specifically.
