  3. Not sure what you mean, so it is getting you a game and a server? Are you seeing an icon within your radius when playing?
  4. Can you make two port forwarding rules, 3074 for one device, 3075 for the other then start up the 3074 device first, then the second and see if it happens again
  5. You don't need to do the expert version of SmartBOOST really. You only have 1 device to prioritize. Prioritize in addition Call of Duty and Call of Duty Content and see if you notice a difference
  6. How have you setup Congestion Control exactly? What settings were you using for SmartBOOST when it felt delayed? How are you determining you're always on that low ping server?
  7. It can be tricky getting 2 of the same console open for the same game. What firmware version are you on currently? UPnP relay should be taking care of it

If you have legitimately bad routing to game servers then yes I expect it would - this is usually the case in countries where there aren't as many servers to choose from (basically anywhere outside the US/EU), if you're within the US/EU then the benefits may not be as great, really depends on your ISP.

  17. If you could make a new topic for your issue please They will have a lot clustered in a single location. It's not broken, it's likely an easily resolved cloud issue. If you could provide a video of exactly what you do/happens that would be really helpful. If you run through all the settings pages as well it will let me know if there are any settings impacting it.

  20. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
