Netduma R2 Keeps Restarting Every 24 Hours
Netduma Fraser replied to JoshTheLuz's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Good to hear, thanks for the update! -
Not specifically, the closest thing I could think to do would be to change SmartBOOST to Advanced and give the guest devices a super low priority

New warzone season 1 high ping search and lobby
Netduma Fraser replied to Chasrick's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Have you disabled Geo-Latency and tried again? Disable PingAssist also (set it to 0,0). If you make any changes while on the game you'll need to restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. Otherwise, try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 4 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. -
The IP you've put there is the LAN IP - the IP you use to access the R2 - the WAN IP is the IP the Movistar gives it, that's what you'd need to put in. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, then see if it stops please.

Geo filter/steady ping not working on gaming pc
Netduma Fraser replied to villejfv's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. Steady Ping won't always be able to work but if possible we will improve upon it. -
Ethernet port (1) / access to internet not working?
Netduma Fraser replied to RedBearNAaron's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I've given you Early Access, please see if the version there is more stable for you: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ -
To answer your questions: They're misclassified as peers but has no impact on your ability to filter, it's purely visual - it can/will be corrected via a cloud update. Assuming you're on the XR500 beta it may already be resolved with the cloud, in which case resync. It may do - similar to 1 it may already be resolved with the cloud - otherwise you can allow it manually - if you then provide us with the ID we can allow it. You may need to allow it a few times as they probably use multiple servers.

Is it safe to come back to R3 now? Is it stable?
Netduma Fraser replied to Chaiyoabc's topic in Netduma R3 Support
The best answer is to try it yourself, people have wildly different experiences on each firmware - it is better and there is more to be done, the only way to tell for you is to try it. -

Qos Upload not working xr1000
Netduma Fraser replied to ALL out's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode -
Do you have all the ports the game uses added? I don't think those specific ones will open the NAT. Have you checked the NAT status without the Geo-Filter enabled? The Geo can sometimes cause a misreading - disable, reboot the game then check.

Good to hear, keep us posted

It automatically does this
-
Yes like that but the IP address is incorrect - it should be the IP that it assigns the R2 - check the device section on the movistar to find out what it is

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.290

I'm not asking you to do anything on the router itself: Set a reserved IP for the router on the Movistar Do you have another power adapter you can try with
-
That's fine but you can access the movistar interface even when connected behind the R2 by going to it's LAN IP. There you set the static IP for the R2 - you don't need access to the interface for this. Do you have another power cable you can use with the R2 - it is probably a power issue. Can you get the logs from that link now? Disable the Geo and see if you still get that message.

Duma os Travando sempre que há alterações

Click the little arrow and then you can select English again. It is experimental but you do have the option to help with correcting any bad translations you see - we'd really appreciate it! I tried to reproduce that in Portuguese but couldn't so it won't be a translation specific issue - clear your browser cache then reload the page -
No nothing to do with that - what have you done settings wise/with the console prior to it not working? Doesn't have to be specifically you changed a setting but just run me through e.g. turned on, turned off (standby) etc
-
If you have an ISP router (that has WiFi, not a pure modem - no WiFi) then you do so on there, you'd be setting a local reserved IP address for the R2 - not a static public IP which you would normally pay for. Do you have another power adapter you can try with?
