  1. That's a bug on Early Access, you'll need to factory reset then it will stay and 0 and you won't be able to enable it again
  2. The XR1000 doesn't have the HybridVPN feature and the VPN service option you're looking at isn't the same - what is it you're wanting to achieve?
  3. Could you downgrade the firmware to a previous version and see if the WiFi is better for you please?
  4. Is that in all directions from the router where that occurs? To me that sounds like classic interference, 5GHz doesn't have great penetration either so if there are several thick walls between it and a device it will struggle. Assuming you've optimised the channel manually for it and adjusted the widths with no noticeable improvement, are there any devices within that 5 - 20ft range that emit wireless signals - not just a device that can connect to WiFi but wireless headphones for example, even a microwave would affect it when in use
  5. Not exactly on the fritz, if it can't ping the server then it can't know what additional ping to apply. It also won't work 100% of the time generally just due to compatibility
  6. Are there any other settings you may have changed on the XR? In WAN Settings disable the protection options and set NAT to Open and see if that boosts it at all.
  7. Could you reserve IPs for the devices connected to 5GHz in DHCP and see if it happens again please?
  8. You can use code GAMEON10 for 10% off
  9. Let's continue in your original topic: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57534-cant-enter-netduma-interface-tried-to-hard-reset-but-nothing-happen/#comment-438845
  10. Without knowing exactly what the issue was I can't say whether it was settings or firmware, it would likely be an easy fix with some troubleshooting but glad you got it sorted.
  11. We believe they're using relay servers which makes it harder for us to filter the servers, it's something we can look into but its a server side thing they have implemented. Try using the simple radius instead of polygon but it probably won't make a difference
  12. Thanks for the report, the team will need to work on a fix then, I'll let them know
  13. If you hold the button for 5 seconds you should have 2 minutes roughly to connect another device - the WPS light won't appear though but it doesn't necessarily mean it's not working. If it doesn't work when trying to connect then it is possible it's regressed again and I'll have to pass it on to the team
  14. I highly doubt it, just another security update mentioned in the change log
  15. For now I'd say the chances are slim, if we did one ourselves that would essentially involve us becoming a VPN company as well, we did play around with the idea of providing a VPN service ourselves very early on and decided not to pursue it for various reasons.
  16. You can't disable the inbuilt firewall. For QoS, go to SmartBOOST click the menu top right of the page, settings then toggle enabled off and that will fully disable it.
  17. Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing what you see when this happens please?
  18. That's not really an inherent router problem that can be fixed with an update. If cod is reading the same then it indicates your settings may be okay but might need to be fine tuned for those other games. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  19. Does it still happen with the filtering toggled off? Can you get a close game that way?
  20. Thank you, I'll pass these on. If you haven't already and are able to do so, providing an up to date capture would allow us to support it quicker:

We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Could you provide a screenshot of the LAN settings page please?
  22. I'll reply to your email shortly
  23. There isn't anything there that indicates you aren't connecting to a game, just that you're not pinging it. You have allowed/denied quite a few servers though so it is possible you've blocked something you shouldn't have, removed all the denied servers and reboot then try again
