Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 2, 2022 Administrators Posted August 2, 2022 Sorry could you clarify, do you mean you have your ISP modem/router with another router attached which you have the XR in the DMZ for and then the console in the XR DMZ?
Bul Posted August 3, 2022 Author Posted August 3, 2022 I have the modem / router configuration, on the modem (wind / tre) I set the routerxr500 in the DMZ, while on the router xr500 I set the console (ps5) in the dmz, you made me set it to open the nat

Could you please try going to Geo-filter and resync cloud from the three-line menu there. Please then download the logs again and send them over.

As a side note - are you using Hybrid VPN? There's an error in there relating to it and I'm curious whether that might be causing the problem. If Ping Heatmap still hasn't resynced properly, please disable the VPN and try again, see if it works after that.
Bul Posted August 3, 2022 Author Posted August 3, 2022 the error with the hybrid vpn marks it when I turn off the router, I had reported it to you in the last few pages (but in any case just put of / on and it works), now I check if deactivating it works

Bul Posted September 16, 2022 Author Posted September 16, 2022 I copied the link that appeared to me, it disappeared
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 16, 2022 Administrators Posted September 16, 2022 Interesting, the link is fine so no foul play there but if you get it again please show a screenshot of the popup with the link Bul 1
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22, 2022 Administrators Posted September 22, 2022 Ah okay, it's not telling you to access the link, it's saying it can't load part of the theme, if you click ok you should be able to continue using the Geo-Filter. That message usually appears if you have an Adblocker on your web browser.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 24, 2022 Administrators Posted October 24, 2022 Give it a reboot, wait 2 minutes then try again please, are you able to ping without error?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 24, 2022 Administrators Posted October 24, 2022 What web browser are you using? Could you try accessing 192.168.1.1 instead please and see if it works?
