Rez Posted November 11, 2021 Posted November 11, 2021 I gave up on the r2. It doesn’t work. Even the patch that was sent didn’t work. I won’t be buying another netduma product.

Probably that it needs to be replaced as it's faulty rather than the firmware not working properly, if we continued to troubleshoot we could sorted one out for you

Bsan09 Posted November 12, 2021 Posted November 12, 2021 I’m having problems even keeping my duma connected. It hasn’t been touched in 2 months. When I connect to my modem it connects then disconnects from the internet. Any ideas why??

Just to clarify, are you saying when the R2 is connected to the modem you lose connection from the R2? How frequently is this happening? What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to?

BryceNTilla Posted November 17, 2021 Posted November 17, 2021 Im still having the same issue when trying ti upgrade my firmware. My page simply doesnt reload from the page saying it should only take 2 mins. Sat there for 10 minutes , hit refresh then it said Dumaos cant be loaded.
