Madman Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Hello Fraser, I have a couple of buddies who have the NetDuma and are having problems getting correct locations. We all live on the west coast area of the US and I get the correct dedi locations but they don't. They ping the host and get a 30 ms response to NY locations and even U.K. locations, lol. While my NetDuma says the dedis are in California which sounds more plausible with the 30 ms response. We are all on the latest firmware and have bleeding edge cloud and auto cloud ticked am I missing something here. Is there a way to refresh the cloud I can't quite put my finger on it.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 17, 2017 Author Administrators Posted June 17, 2017 Very strange if you're reporting the same things. Get them to click apply again and that will reflush the cloud and should show the correct locations.

It'd be easier for us both and saves you a lot of effort
