I have stopped riding motorbikes given up smoking and spending most nights in bars and so I am damned if I am giving up my red wine to. I usually have a nice bottle of red most days on an evening whilst gaming and on Friday nights it's Friday night take out night. Either kebab, pizza, Chinese or good old Fish n Chips. I offset this with going to the gym to do physio for my back and some resistance training along with non impact cardio at least 3 times a week.
