  1. Welcome to the forum! When this issue occurs, can you please go to Device Manager, then click the three-line menu in the top left of the map and switch to table view. Could you please then send over a screenshot of the top Ports table? Also, if you completely disable QoS from the three-line menu in Congestion Control, do you speeds return to normal?
  2. What was QoS set to when you took the above tests? With these speeds, does Connection Benchmark still report the reduced speeds or does it now match what you've found on speedtest.net?
  3. Let's try setting up a custom Traffic Prio rule for you. First, please re-enable QoS. Then, go down to Traffic Prio and click 'Add rule'. Select your gaming device and pick 'Games Console' as the service. Play a few games and see how it feels.
  4. So you're not seeing any icons on the map at all? What device are you playing on? Could you double check that device is definitely connected to the XR1000 and it hasn't connected to the upstream router/modem? This may happen if using Wi-Fi. Could you please provide a screenshot of how you've got Geo-filter configured exactly?
  5. Hey, did you by any chance remove the ListenPort field from the config file? While trying to reproduce your bug, I've noticed ListernPort is essential, otherwise it'll throw this error. To provide an update: We've successfully reproduced your issue internally and we're now working on fixing it with a developer.
  6. Welcome to the forum! I'm afraid the R2 doesn't explicityly have an option for NAT loopback. Are you not able to access the resources on your server from it's LAN IP?
  7. Is this with Geo-filter enabled or disabled? If disabled, it sounds as though the game is just misreading the NAT in that case. If enabled, can you search for a game and zoom all the way out on the Geo-filter map, and check to see if any servers appear as blocked?
  8. That all looks OK, do you get the error message randomly or does it pretty much always occur after making a change to the settings? With regards to your Geo-filter issue, could you please send a screenshot of how you've currently got Geo-filter configured?
  9. OK, I suspect part of the problem would be that you've only got one device connected to the R2, meaning all other devices on your network are connected upstream and the R2 has to compete with them. It's very odd that connecting and disconnecting a wireless device changes matters though. As I mentioned before, try reproduce this 5+ times and verify that it wasn't just a coincidence/placebo.
  10. Instead of this, remove your port forwarding rules and add the WAN IP of the R2 to the DMZ of the VM Hub. After that, reboot the game and you should find you've got an open NAT.
  11. OK, let me raise a ticket with our VPN dev and see if he can find any reason as to why that's not working, it looks perfectly fine to me. I'll get back to you.
  12. Hey, we do have a group of Early Access testers, you can sign up for that here: We're launching new the new mobile app to our Early Access testers as we speak, so if you're added to Early Access you can then fill out a form to test the Mobile App.
  13. Weird, OK so we're back up and running again now? We have seen it in the past where the WAN interface seems to stay down, though this is usually after a reset not a simple reboot. It's always fixed in the same way as you've found though, surprised it didn't work the first time. For now I don't think that's related to our original issues, though we'll keep note of it. Let us know if you experience another disconnection!
  14. Have you posted your message here from a device connected directly to the R2? Do you know the model of the Arris? Is it a router/modem combo (Has Wi-Fi) or is it a pure modem (Does not broadcast a Wi-Fi network)?
  15. Yeah looks like the R2 has given it an IPv6 address but it's not being used. Can you confirm if you've ever had an IPv6 address on the Xbox when connected to the R2?
  16. Right, so disabling the Wi-Fi on the R2 is what stabilises the tick rate? What other devices do you have connected over Wi-Fi?
  17. When you're sat searching for a game, around the bottom right of the screen it should show your NAT type, it'll likely be either Open, Moderate or Strict. Can you see that?
  18. Does it work again briefly after you reboot? If not, can you paste the config file here? Make sure you remove you remove the private and public key before you paste it.
  19. Has the WAN not been working since the remote logging was enabled, or was it working briefly and has since stopped?
  20. Are you using the Hybrid VPN feature? Does the game report any NAT issues when the V Hub is in router mode and you can't get into a game?
  21. We're currently working on some improvements to Geo-filter whereby it works much better with a wider range of games, this should be coming to the R2 in future so that should definitely help. Unfortunately I don't have an ETA for it as yet as we're still in the development/testing phase.
  22. Could you clarify what you mean exactly and what the use case would be for this? I'll add it to the roadmap in case it's not already there.
  23. To clarify, you've previously had IPv6 on the Xbox when playing through the R2? Is that correct? In Device Manager, click on your xbox, does it show as having an IPv6 address there?
  24. The clarify, playing over 5GHz Wi-Fi shows a higher tick rate than you see over wired? Can you try this for several games and verify the behaviour is consistent? Also, if possible, make notes of the servers you're playing on when the tick rate is higher.
  25. I don't appear to be able to access your R2. Have you posted your message here from a device connected directly to the R2? If so, could you please see if you're able to access your modem's interface and put the WAN IP of the R2 in it's DMZ? Let us know if you have any issues doing this and also let us know the exact make and model of the modem if possible.
