  1. OK thanks for letting us know, we'll look into it.
  2. Apologies, we don't have an update on this just yet. I've chased it up with the developers who'll be looking into it as soon as they can.
  3. Yes, I'll add this as a suggestion. The team may have already looked into it in the past, but we may be able to whitelist the addresses for XBL chat servers so you don't have to. Thanks for posting!
  4. If it's busy during peak times, you may struggle to get connected to the server. We haven't changed locations in Geo-filter for this game in a little while so it won't have changed recently. On Ping Heatmap, we only tend to keep the last two CoDs listed there given that this is where the majority of the player base is.
  5. Good job! Do let us know if you have any further issues or questions.
  6. I'll chase this up with the team and try to get them to prioritise this, thanks for following up.
  7. Thanks for the suggestions! I know a few are on our roadmap already but I'll go ahead and add the remaining ones!
  8. Yes, that's on there. I'll get your name added too.
  9. In theory it shouldn't matter, but I'd suggest starting with the first option and experiment with the second if you experience any issues.
  10. Hey everyone, We’ve got a new version of the app for you, we’ve fixed a number of bugs, mainly with backwards compatibility. Checking backwards compatibility is a long and arduous process so please let us know if we’ve missed any bugs on older firmwares or older units. Please download the app from your app store and give it a go! Here’s the release notes for you, as you can see there is a load of bug fixes: Features Geo-Filter and Ping Heatmap now utilise a reworked map, reducing bugs and improving load times as well as smoothness/usability. Overlapping polygons in Geo-Filter can now be seperately selected by cycling through them. Ping Optimiser can now set bandwidth speeds both before and during the test. Device Manager now has a refresh button. Multiple improvements to the Setup process. Browser/IP now informs and improves user location setting for Geo-Filter. Compatibility DumaOS app now fully supports routers using earlier versions of DumaOS. Bug Fixes Dashboard now shows seperate graphs for multiple devices simultaneously. More consistent and reliable setup process in the rare event of timeouts. Minor fixes to text appearing in Geo-Filter feature and Geo-Filter setup. Buttons within Geo-Filter have been fixed to always appear where they should. Fixed incorrect Step Count when setting up Nighthawk routers. Fixed event where certain copy and images were incorrectly sized. Multi-User authentication on NETGEAR router models is now handled correctly. Ensured accuracy of units across metrics in the UI. Fixed issue where fall-back terms sometimes didn't appear when required. Keyboard focus boxes are now hidden by default unless a key is pressed, meaning iOS no longer randomly focuses the menu. Visual and text improvements have been applied to the Location Search section. All router platforms now use their corresponding DumaOS themes by default. Telemetry data now applies a version check to ensure accuracy. 'Platform not supported' message now appears in the app more reliably. Adblocker Lists will no longer open the edit page occasionally when their toggle is tapped. Fixed issue on Android where texture sizes were multiplied by pixel ratio multiple times, causing a render failure Numerous other minor bug fixes. Accessibility Wide array of improvements made to overall app accessibility.
  11. Thank you for sending this over, that's helpful. I'll pass these on to the team and we'll look into them, then get back to you with an update.
  12. Sure thing! I'll add your name to the list. If accepted you'll see a new sub-forum on your forum home page.
  13. OK, I think it might be best to factory reset the XR, particularly as you've got a new ISP and it's good to set it up fresh again with the new line. Once you've done that, I suspect these errors will also stop occuring.
  14. I don't believe it's cancelled, but as far as I'm aware it's on hold for the moment. I don't have an ETA or and idea as to when it's going to be continued and eventually released I'm afraid.
  15. Good spot! I'll let the team know.
  16. Since restarting everything, can you please clear your browser's cache and reload the page? Do you still have the same problem?
  17. Go to the forum home page, you should see a new sub-forum for NPG Early Access, you can find it's post there along with the install intructions.
  18. Welcome to the forum! Sure thing, you should be added now.
  19. Disconnect the R2 from power for ten minutes. After ten minutes, reconnect it and open an incognito/private window in your browser. Go to 192.168.77.1 in that window and see if the interface loads properly.
  20. Thanks for this, there's clearly something going wrong in the logs. I've passed these over to the developers to debug, we'll get back to you when we've heard back.
  21. Generally they do, however Geo-filter doesn't show you the ping to each of those servers. That's why we still maintain Ping Heatmap.
  22. Thanks for letting us know, we'll go ahead and get that updated!
  23. Apologies for not getting back to you, we've created a ticket for the team to replicate the issue in our test network and gather as much information on the issue as they can. We'll then give this to developers and see how simple of a fix it is. If it's straight forward I'll try get a dev to apply it to your router directly, if not it may need to come in the form of a firmware update.
  24. Thanks for letting us know @Mobel, I'll speak to the team and get them to update Ping Heatmap as it needs doing again. I'll also ask that they look into the locations of the servers to make sure they're accurate.
