I'm just writing a quick post to let you know that we're looking for Early Access testers for future R2 DumaOS releases, starting with this one.
The purpose of the early access group is to test new firmwares on a larger scale right before we release them publicly.
Please note that these firmwares might not be completely stable and you may find issues, so beware of this before choosing to upgrade to them.

Hi R2 owners!
As our most cutting edge router, the R2 will receive the latest Adblocker lists before other platforms. This means that you may occasionally find that something is blocked which is not supposed to be blocked.
For example, you may find that a specific mobile game won't load, or a video streaming site refuses to play.
In order to bypass an unwanted block, you have two options:
Temporarily pause Adblocker on the device that's experiencing the issue See if you can narrow down exactly which domain is causing the issue, and add it to a manual whitelist If you have problems accessing a useful service, please let us know about it in this thread. I will be able to add domains to the Recommended Whitelist, and fix the problem for all users.
Adblocker lists update automatically from the cloud, and we'll be pushing frequent updates to both the Blacklists and the Recommended Whitelist. By reporting in this thread, you'll be helping DumaOS users across all platforms!

I just pre-ordered the R2 😛
I've been with you from the very beginning even though I didn't join the forum straight away as I was reading every post, there are some of us who study or use the SEARCH function instead of jamming the forum up with self entitled snowflakes demanding stuff done on the spot 😒
I used to dedicate time to this forum helping others no matter what time of day, usually the night shift when I was nocturnal 😂
The Staff & members back then really were a good bunch of folks, sadly we lost A7legit R.I.P. 😭 along the way & I started a new job which took most my time up. I kind've drifted away from that point & took a back seat, sad times tbh.
I'm glad the company progressed & you're still around today, well done & here's to many more yrs in the future 👏😎

The R2 has been built for DumaOS 3.0 from day one and is available for pre-order now, including a launch discount for early orders. As our latest in-house router, we will be able to deploy the next wave of DumaOS features to the R2 first.
The R2 will officially ship from August 6th.

To say everybody has been on lockdown due to the Plandemic, it's good to hear about your continued work.
I see the forums toxicity is still present with some thinking they're entitled to something straight away & ignore the reasons why you might not have been as quick as you wanted to be with releases. I bet it's difficult to juggle business after recognition, partnering & expansion which has had a springboard effect probably higher than first anticipated.
As always, best of luck going forward & all the best for the future 🤞👍

Q: I've tried everything , my issue isn't listed here!
A: Leave a comment below or simply make a thread.
Some times new issues arise , and a solution can only be found if developers are notified.

Q: I think my netduma is defective , how do I get a refund!
A: Before you request a refund , I suggest exhausting all possible options.
Try absolutely everything before requesting a refund ,  99% of problems can and will be resolved easilly.
