  1. There literally isn't anything else that could be limiting you, put the device in the DMZ on the R1 and check. If that doesn't work there is no reason I can see for that behavior
  2. Okay so make sure you're on the previous version then allow the router to upgrade you instead and see if you get the same issue please
  3. Make sure you factory reset if you haven't already, it's a big change from the previous version Reboot then try, if that doesn't work then factory reset then try again. Otherwise, what is the issue when trying to upgrade?
  4. This firmware is for the Netduma R3 only, it sounds like you're trying to do it for a Netgear router which isn't possible
  5. When you upgrade are you usually using the in built way to do so or doing it manually?
  6. Is it working with QoS completely disabled?
  7. There is only 1 DumaOS 4 firmware available for the R2 currently
  8. Mentioned in the post "You can install the firmware via Settings > Troubleshooting > Upload Firmware, and upload the file"
  9. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  10. Use the recovery to downgrade back to the previous version please, are you able to get it stable then?
  11. Remove the DMZ setting you've done on the EE router then double check first. UPnP on both routers doesn't matter that's fine. If you still get the issue then you'd port forward the ports the game uses, I've made them into 2 simple rules for you: TCP/UDP: Source (3074) - 4380 (Destination) Source (27000) - 27037 (Destination)
  12. Great to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update/solution, sounds like the factory reset didn't go through properly
  13. You will get a higher ping using a VPN, that's expected - you can't connect to the game even without the VPN enabled? What other features have you adjusted on the R1?
  14. Mentioned in the post "You can install the firmware via Settings > Troubleshooting > Upload Firmware, and upload the file"
  15. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.
  16. That's what I was wanting to know - it's not something to do with the R3 then, you may need to contact EE to have them help you with it
  17. What is the model of the modem/router the R1 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R1? E.g. R1 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode There isn't too much other than the Geo-Filter that could be blocking it but disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control does it continue then?
  18. Have you checked whether you get the same issue with the console connected direct to the powerhub?
  19. That'll be around the max you can achieve with PPPoE I think. If you connect your hub back then have it handle PPPoE then have the R3 in its DMZ you'll likely get higher speeds
  20. No your gaming device connected directly to the EE router either via ethernet or WiFi
  21. In settings grab the logs from the troubleshooting > advanced page please and attach it here. Also disable BI in troubleshooting settings, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes then access and see if it loads better please
  22. Have you checked whether you get an Open NAT directly connected to the new smart hub?
