  1. Presumably the range of your ping results, if you click read more it can give you an indication. If nothing changes in your setup and you see that then it's likely on the ISP side. Are you seeing it during peak times for example?
  2. No worries, I've moved it to the correct section. As DumaOS isn't OpenWRT you wouldn't be able to complete the setup as they've described it so you would need to contact them to see if there are any instructions you need to follow instead, you may not need it. Have you tried to connect to it to see if it works? Also don't show your private key, I've removed the image for you.
  3. If it's consistently stable then it's not jitter. It will almost certainly be the servers being under load, if everything is good on your side then that is the only answer. In which case force different servers, even slightly further away as even though the ping may be a little higher it may be more stable in regards to hit detection
  4. If you're getting better ping there then force those servers instead. Is your ping fluctuating wildly and consistently like I mentioned during the game, shown on the Geo-Filter or the in game ping? If so then yes that would be it. If so, what are the fluctuations you're seeing?
  5. Okay let us know how you get on with them. What firmware are you on currently? Do you PPPoE, VLAN or IPv6?
  6. That's fine, that will be processing delay which accounts for the additional ping. By variance I mean the amount your ping varies e.g. 30 and goes up and down to/from 35, that's what jitter is. By the looks of that graph it's really steady so what do you see normally?
  7. Okay that's fine but what is the variance in ping you're actually getting on the game/on the Geo-Filter when playing?
  8. Added! They don't have DumaOS 4 and would like to try it, just because there hasn't been another update doesn't mean they shouldn't bother. I realise you're frustrated, however, it's important to note: While being sold the R2 was advertised with DumaOS 3, not 4. DumaOS 4 was developed for & on the R3, not specifically for the R2. This means that changes can take longer than applying to the R3 for example. We said the R2 would get DumaOS 4 - it has. We're working on big features currently for DumaOS 4 which is why there haven't been many updates, this has been reflected in R3 updates also. We're hoping to get those features on the R2 as well.
  9. What are the jitter values you're seeing exactly on the Geo-Filter & in game?
  10. It just prioritizes Twitch streaming, there is no cap to how much it will prioritize unless other priorities are being used at the same time. You can reserve bandwidth up to 20Mbps per device/activity
  11. No, you'll have it connected via one of those methods so you're fine, you don't need to do anything
  12. Is it a pure modem from spectrum i.e. does it have WiFi? If so do you still have devices connected to it? Disabling TP wouldn't lower your speeds, that doesn't really make any sense. Set NAT to open in WAN settings, that will help if there are any port issues. I would suggest removing the XR before the tech gets there as they can blame it first rather than test the modem/their side of things first.
  13. We're aware Ping Optimizer isn't 100% accurate at the moment. I'd suggest manually changing the Congestion Control percentages down to around 70% each (Ping Optimizer > Advanced) and it should be more stable overall but experiment with the percentages to find what works best for you - don't keep doing the test to find that out as it will just revert the percentages.
  14. Not specifically no but if you prioritize the device on SmartBOOST it can then take most of the speed
  15. Yes it can and it needs to be connected to a modem/router/ONT/box via ethernet to get internet - it can not do the job of a modem. It won't cause any issues.
  16. There can be interference on that width but it should be fine overall, it's likely there is interference on the other widths causing you to have a lower speed on them.
  17. Use the radius instead of the custom filter and also remove your denied server just in case its a necessary server for online play and try again please
  18. Disable Traffic Prioritization on the QoS page, that could be interfering with it. You're right on the cusp on what is needed for streaming so it's always going to be a bit of a struggle/balancing act trying to get it stable. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR?
  19. Do you mean it's setting it to 10.2% or it's reporting that its managed to get your ping down to 10.2? Steady Ping on expert will make you have a higher ping but good to hear it's performing better.
  20. You'd have to check their manual but if you're not sure just find the DMZ or exposed host option and put the R3 in that
  21. That's not the purpose of the router so isn't something we'd be able to help you with specifically. You can set a range on Ping Assist though, drag the left red ball to the right to do so.
  22. Did you follow all the steps through? Can you provide a new screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please?
  23. If that's the case then just connect them together, ensure all devices are connected to the R3. Set the livebox in modem/bridge mode or put the R3 in its DMZ and that's it for making them work together, then you can have fun with the R3 settings
  24. If you want to yes, the lowest you can put there is 2
  25. Yes you can change the min to .2 - you can also assign reserved IPs to devices so they can have a smaller number - the number must be within .2 & 250 though.
