Could well be, on the ethernet adapter disable Energy Efficient Ethernet, restart the PC and then try again -

What do you mean if you connect it directly to the LAN cable you can't access? Do you mean R3 LAN to modem WAN or a device to R3 LAN?

That's bizarre, that would indicate that it's not the router/port then as otherwise the same issue would occur, it must be device based - what are the specific devices you're using? -

No that's a good amount of servers. The game is trying to prevent people using VPNs so that could be it, are they close servers?

If it's P2P yes, if it's server based (most games are) then no, you can only control the server you connect to, you can't impact other peoples connections

It's just log spam, it's not causing any problems but yes we will sort it

You can keep two different areas covered that's fine, make sure you disable Geo-Latency, reboot the game then try again

We're aware Ping Optimizer/Speed test isn't 100% reliable at the moment, in the meantime set the speeds manually and adjust Congestion Control to achieve the same effects

Looks like you've not told HVPN you're using Wireguard and still have it set to OpenVPN

It's connected to a server there in that screenshot, that is the game host - pinging is separate from being able to connect to the server. Game servers reject pings so we try to be clever to counteract it but it doesn't always work to provide a ping
