  1. I've provided the options in my previous response, if you're looking for a router then the R3 from us would be what I'd suggest. The VPN from your screenshot is something different completely.
  2. You can't set it up on the router to apply to your PS5. Your router doesn't support the HybridVPN feature. You'd have to get one of our routers that does or find another alternative to applying the VPN to your console.
  3. Ah, the above it correct. If you're using it on PC you'll have to download their software or download an OpenVPN client and connect that way

  5. Open it with notepad, copy the contents, paste into the configuration box on HybridVPN, enter your credentials and connect
  6. You login with the default credentials admin / password or with the details you would have set during the setup wizard

  8. The router hardware ports are limited to 1Gbps, it will not be possible to reach more than this through the R3.
  9. You would need to purchase a VPN subscription from a VPN provider, one that supports OpenVPN or Wireguard and can provide the config files to you so they can be input into the router to connect. Clicking to enable doesn't enable it without entering the config/login credentials for the VPN provider you're using. HybridVPN on the router is a VPN client, like a program you would install on your PC to connect to a VPN so you just need a subscription to a VPN and enter the config file contents into HVPN, enter your credentials and connect.

  11. Please make your own topic and we can help you there. You can skip the connection part of the setup by going to advanced on the internet part of the wizard then skip. Then you can enter PPPoE in the main interface.
  12. Okay so it's just the Geo-Filter blocking the NAT server, you still will have an open NAT using the exposed host. You can either ignore the moderate reading knowing it's actually open or check to see if there are any servers that are blocked at the time you check the NAT and then add those to your allow list.

  14. I think there are probably 3 separate issues here which may be confusing things, they're unlikely to all be related. Unable to access the interface over WiFi Unable to disable Smart Connect Disconnecting from games Is that correct? If so: When connected via WiFi you're getting an IP address that appears to be a public IP. This would leave me to believe that it's not connected to the XR WiFi but the ISP modem router WiFi which would also mean it's not in bridge mode - could you verify if this is the case please? Have you changed any WiFi settings on the main WiFi page or in Advanced WiFi? When you get disconnected from the map, even with the Geo-Filter off do you notice a server being blocked? Could you get the log from the System Information page when it happens please?
  15. Your connection stability looks fine, have you tried blocking servers you're experiencing these on and forcing others to see if they play better?
  16. We did have that with previous versions of DumaOS so presumably it would be simple enough to add it back in. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll pass it along to the team!
  17. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the ping, in this scenario I think it'd be best to block the server and try to force another that may play better
  18. There aren't any existing DumaOS routers that can handle more than that that are current
  19. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found on the System Information page) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R2 when you've done that and I'll see if the team can force an upgrade through for you on Monday. Are you accessing the interface using a bookmark? It's possible you've saved the setup wizard URL as the bookmark
  20. If it was a true modem you wouldn't be able to connect a switch to it and have all the devices have access to the internet, it must be some kind of router. There is usually a sticker on the underside, does it show the model there? How are you turning QoS off fully exactly? I would go back to the original firmware update as it's possible it auto updated anyway which is why you're getting issues you now can't resolve. As you're not on a 3.3 firmware the app doesn't support it, when we get the new version out it should work again
  21. Factory reset from the interface then access and try to upgrade as quick as you can and see if that works and whether it stops the wizard from starting on the new version
  22. It's limited to 1Gbps so you won't be able to utilize half the speed through the R3
  23. It's likely going to the setup wizard because you're unplugging it from power, set it up, reboot it from the interface, wait 4 minutes and that will act as a hard save and should prevent that happening again. Also try upgrading directly after a reboot.

  25. There is processing delay in games, not all games show it as part of their ping calculation but CoD does so that would account for the extra ping you're seeing in game. Nothing to do with Windows all good there
