  1. UPnP is probably working but just not showing the ports. Which firmware version are you on - .40? Could you disable IPv6 also please.
  2. Is the bridge connected via ethernet? If possible could you connect it to the same WiFi as the phone e.g. 2.4GHz and see if when they're on the same that it works correctly please
  3. Thanks for clarifying! Could you disable QoS from the Anti-Bufferbloat options and see if that resolves the connection issue please?
  4. IGMP should be unticked, SIP ALG should be ticked - is that what you have?
  5. IGMP Proxying is disabled by default believe, I would actually recommend unticking this box and also ticking SIP ALG. Are you able to ping the bridge IP from a wired PC at all using command prompt and 'ping' then the IP?
  6. I get that, I'm not a dev either but I know the process and it is rather laborious, I'm sure they will comment themselves on this matter more than I can. If you think your issues are related to the router then make a new topic with your concerns and we can take a look.
  7. I'm sure the devs will comment further but keep in mind that DumaOS on the R1 is still in beta so we're working very hard to bring out great updates that include fixes and new features. We're not giving out any dates on when we would release a firmware.
  8. Hey, welcome to the forum! Have you ensured that you've followed this guide to make your router accessible? http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000085789-how-to-upgrade-your-r1-from-version-1-03-5m-or-lower
  9. Great, if you don't already have a DumaOS email you should receive one this week if you signed up here already: https://netduma.com/r1-dumaos/
  10. You should first manually upgrade to the latest original R1 firmware here: then after that once you've received an email you can upgrade to DumaOS. Just to note upgrades are done manually by you, we just give you the link to do it, we don't upgrade it for you.
  11. This is more to do with support, I believe we've managed to reproduce this issue (which now makes it easier to fix) so the devs can start figuring out where the issue likes.
  12. Keep in mind this topic is for asking the developers questions, any outside discussions/technical support issues will not be answered here and will be ignored unless you post it elsewhere.
  13. Alright guys, if you're going to have a discussion please do it elsewhere. This is a Q&A topic. If you have a question then please ask.
  14. Ahh fair enough, I misunderstood, I'm not a developer so I'll butt out of this topic 😂
  15. Should be but if it runs over P2P rather than a server then you may not hear some people if they're outside your radius
  16. Can you update us now with what your physical setup looks like now? How much has the ping gone up?
  17. There are guides here for DumaOS: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646 Sorry they're in English!
  18. Can you zoom out of the map please as theres most likely something blocked elsewhere and have a look. Rule of thumb: If the Geo-Filter isn't working zoom out of the map to make sure you're not missing anything
  19. That is very good, even with the spike it's not huge! I'd say keep 70/70 as an option to fall back on but see if you can experiment more to eliminate that spike.
  20. Could you provide a screenshot of the entire Geo-Filter please when you've been booted back to the lobby/trying to reconnect
  21. Try 70/70 first then lower/raise until you find the best line. Would recommend doing so while you make your connection saturated.
  22. At 100% it is essentially off, you have to lower it to activate it.
  23. When you're kicked to the lobby and can no longer connect back with filtering mode please look at the map, do you see anything blocked? If so please ping it and provide us with the ID
  24. Okay so to clarify: No Geo-Filter/Spectating Mode = Can game no problem without being kicked back to the lobby? Geo-Filter in Filtering Mode = 1 game works, then kicked to lobby, flush cloud, allowed back to the lobby and then one game allowed and repeat Is that correct? R-App loading should be at a decent speed. Have you done a factory reset since updating to DumaOS? If so have you cleared your browser cache/cookies? They should speed it up. You can still put the same VPN Settings into the router that you did with the original firmware. If you're not sure how to do so let me know what you're wanting to achieve and I can help.
  25. What do you find slow about it? We actually designed it to be MORE user friendly, what don't you find user friendly about it? I'm not sure if that is completely related to the Geo-Filter as I have experienced this many times when testing through ISP hub. We released a cloud update this week for Apex, flush the cloud, does it improve your experience then?
