  3. I think you'll have to try another reboot from the interface but wait 2 full minutes before you try to access it and then it should work. Also disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN and disable the protection options on WAN as that may help
  4. That message is likely occurring because you have an Adblocker on the web browser, if you disable it for the interface it should go away. I've included a picture as an example: So you can see the DHCP range starts at .100 and ends at .250 so I have clicked the reserved IP on each of my devices and given them an IP address below .100 (don't use .1 as that is the router IP)
  5. They're independent features, unprioritized packets don't mean the same thing on both. Your connection has a little bit of packet loss, which is why you're seeing unprioritized packets on the System Information page. Your unprioritized packets represent 0.01% of your total received packets so it is nothing really, you would not notice any difference with that, it is within normal parameters so you can safely ignore it. As to why others see 0 it just depends on their ISP etc.
  6. ¿Qué configuración de QoS y Geo-Filter está usando actualmente? Sería mejor que comenzaras un nuevo tema con esa información para que podamos centrarnos en él.
  7. Although the number seems big, in comparison to received packets it is a very minute percentage and therefore within normal parameters so nothing to worry about
  8. Hey, welcome to the forum! In theory yes but their implementation prevents you searching if a server is blocked so it may not work. It's something we will continue to try and look at, there are a few things we're looking at specifically but it will take time, it may not even work.
  9. Are you referring to Traffic Prioritization? If so that is quite normal, unprioritized packets is your normal traffic isn't covered by your Traffic Prioritization rule e.g. web browsing, downloading, streaming etc so absolutely nothing to worry about.
  10. It's not been our focus for this next version as we've been really motivated to resolve the memory issue and much more general stability improvements. So the next version will be a lot better, it's unlikely those changes will have resolved that so we can look at it for the one after next.
  11. @TigerSSorry to hear about the fees, unfortunately customs fees aren't something we can control. It was likely opened by customs to check the contents, we always package it so you'll be the first to open it. The power supply requires a fixed voltage but accepts a varied current so you're absolutely fine to use it. Yes the vents are on the underside so it's not advised to put it on a carpet but you can put it on a table for example. That is the version it comes with and you were right to upgrade and reset on the latest!
  12. It doesn't matter what range you set particularly, just that the reserved IPs are outside that range. If you want to use that range then ensure all devices are given a reserved IP of .100 and above
  13. Is 1000/40Mbps your expected/paid for speeds? Your base ping is a bit spiky so that would explain the ~50ms to your closest servers, there is not much that can be done about that unfortunately as it is down to the ISP.
  14. Could you provide a screenshot of your Connection Benchmark results please?
  15. No need to be signed it, you can set it and forget it if that is what you would like to do. You should definitely have some low ping servers around, what is the lowest as shown by Ping Heatmap?
  16. No not every time, if you just leave the Geo-Filter settings alone after the first time you do it then you can just start the game when you want to play and it will filter correctly each time. They're also good steps to follow if you have any issues filtering. You're welcome! It could be that, it could also be you're experiencing local congestion, in which case QoS may help. Where abouts are you located?
  17. Hey, welcome to the forum! For Heatmap we did put out an update so press the icon and resync cloud, then re-ping the game and the servers should show. For the Geo-Filter that polygon is fine but filtering mode is disabled, do this instead: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client
  18. The .2 - .99 is for reserving IP addresses to make sure devices are getting IP addresses outside of the DHCP range, that is the important part. If a device has an IP within the range and it renews, which it would after a week then it could disconnect. If it has an IP outside the range it can't renew and so in theory a disconnect should not happen.
  19. Debería ser mucho mejor para la próxima versión, que no debería estar muy lejos.
  20. I'd suggest enabling share excess and resetting Bandwidth Allocation, in regards to Traffic Controller I don't personally think that is needed - you have NAT set to Open so the game should be able to communicate over the necessary ports without the controller rule. I would suggest using the WAN option, if your ISP supports priority tags it will be beneficial, if it doesn't then there is no harm having it enabled.
  21. Put the upload percentage a lot lower, some people feel that heavily throttling this gives them a better experience. Also try making a manual rule for the PC and add it as a Games Console and see if you notice any difference there.
  22. Totally understand, if you do get it reactivated again, could you perform a reboot, then while it seems to be smooth take a screenshot of the System Information page, then once it is sluggish again can you take another screenshot of that page and provide them both here please? That would allow us to see if memory is running out or if the CPU usage is running higher than it should.
  23. Thank you for the information. So a couple of things, gaming really doesn't need that much bandwidth, the maximum it would use would be around 1Mbps and that would be when you're hosting, if you're not hosting it will be a lot less. If you specifically got these speeds for gaming then it is overkill as 99% will go unused when playing. Therefore the QoS settings that have been made to allocate more bandwidth to the PC is unnecessary. Also given your high speeds, QoS is less needed as you are unlikely to experience bufferbloat (which happens when the entire connection is being used) so you're sort of applying rules to the connection when it isn't needed, this could be why it's better off vs on. If you do have QoS on the ISP modem/router (if it's not a pure modem) then that could be another reason having QoS on the XR as well wouldn't give a good in game feeling. What is the modem/router the XR is connected to? That being said, your upload speed in comparison to download is much lower, so you could try with Congestion Control set to 100% for download, 70% for upload and see if it makes a difference. With the manual Traffic Prioritization setting that has been added, do you ever see the packets update for it when playing? If not that could be another reason you're not noticing an improvement.
  24. Hey, welcome to the forum! A few quick questions before we get into it: Is this PC the only device being used in your home? If not, is it the only device being used actually when playing? Under what circumstances was the PingPlotter test done? E.g. WiFi, ethernet, nothing using the internet, QoS on/off
  25. It's likely PPPoE, can the ISP modem/router handle this instead of the XR? If so does QoS then work correctly?
