  1. Creo que su problema es con VLAN, pruebe la sugerencia que dijo Fuzy en su tema y debería tener lo mejor de ambos mundos
  2. Brilliant to hear that, thanks for the update!!
  3. That's very peculiar, given saturating your connection would mean there is literally no space for gaming traffic to be consistent, do you see the ping fluctuate on the Geo-Filter when it fluctuates in game?
  4. You don't have to try every percentage specifically but identify a value at a 10% interval that seems to stabilize it the most, then try 5% either side, if there is still room for improvement try 4% either side and so on until you land on the best value. With another router without QoS but the connection is saturated you don't get any lag whatsoever?
  5. There will be a percentage that works best for you, you also don't have to have download & upload at the same percentage, they can differ. To clarify, you've tried every 1% between 5 & 100%?
  6. What are the results like from PingPlotter? What percentages have you tried?
  7. I'd suggest using this guide and while saturating your connection with downloads/streams experiment with different percentages and see what brings it down the most http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
  8. That looks all good there, let us know how you get on with those QoS settings, also where are you measuring/seeing the packet loss and spikes?
  9. That should be okay, as long as there is a gap underneath so the hot air can escape
  10. Okay that probably is it, you don't need a fan although it would help, place it on a surface that won't impede airflow like carpet for example, so a wooden table would be a good one
  11. Is it hot to the touch underneath? What surface is it sitting on, can it get plenty of airflow?
  12. Have you upgraded to .134 and done a reset to see if it resolves it?
  13. Brilliant to hear that, let us know how you get on!
  14. Have you switched the VM back to router mode? If so reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes and then check, it should then have an assigned IP from the hub you can then input into the hub
  15. Check the System Information page on the R2, it should show a 192.168.0.x address for you to then input in the VM, otherwise check the devices list on the VM and it should show there as well
  16. You can find updates on what is happening with each router firmware here: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress it is updated weekly.
  17. The R2 would still get internet, modem mode essentially disables the functions of the router like WiFi and passes all traffic right through to the router/device behind it. I have VM and I have found the same with modem mode, I use it in router mode now, then you put the R2 WAN IP in the DMZ on the hub and it essentially gives you that modem mode without losing other functions. I find it more stable, let us know how you get on.
  18. When you get a disconnect again, check on the modem to see whether it is showing the XR as a connected device and giving it an IP address please.
  19. What is the model of your modem/router? Could you put it in router mode instead and see if the speeds are more consistent on the R2?
  20. Sorry about the delay, I believe we're having trouble finding the necessary information to access the R1, I've chased Liam
  21. Was the log before or after a reboot? If after then it won't have any useful information unfortunately. Do you not have access when it disconnects? You can click the icon on the log panel and then download the log to upload which would be easier
  22. It can happen for different reasons, the latest firmware has reduced it significantly, lets continue troubleshooting in your topic
  23. All our changes are done now so it's up to them whether they want to release as is or test or add their changes & test etc. If we get more info on what they're planning to do we'll update the table
  24. Could you provide a screenshot of the LAN Settings page and provide the log from the System Information page please when it drops?
  25. DNS doesn't have anything to do with the device IP address, on your phone go on WiFi: Click the 'i' next to the R2 network Private Address should still be off Scroll down to Configure DNS and click on it Then switch to manual and delete the ones currently input Click Add server and enter 1.1.1.1 Click Add server and enter 1.0.0.1 Click Save top right Then see if it works correctly
