  1. TOUS vos appareils sont-ils connectés au XR ? Avez-vous l'IP XR WAN (trouvé sur la page Informations système) dans la DMZ sur la livebox ?
  2. While doing the tests are ALL devices connected to the R2 or do you have some connected to the V Hub still? If so could you connect them to the R2 instead or disconnect from the V hub and re-test please?
  3. Alright disable QoS completely from the Congestion Control menu ( ) and then re-test please and see what you get, also I assume you're doing wired tests?
  4. Could you disable the protection options in WAN Settings and then re-test via speedtest.net please and let us know what you get?
  5. I wouldn't worry too much, it's not even close to the actual port needed and there is no way they would manage to gain access. It's probably a bot just scanning the internet looking for vulnerabilities.
  6. No it's not us as far as I am aware, the IP is from a US server provider so could be anything really, if you've set DMZ or port forwarding on the R2 it would be a good idea to disable that
  7. Interesante, si hace un reinicio y selecciona no para jugar durante el asistente y luego lo configura manualmente, ¿funciona como se esperaba?
  8. I'll have to check in with the team to see if there has been any updates and get back to you
  9. When it happens set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.1.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.1.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.1.1 please and see if it works so you can grab the log.
  10. I can see what you're getting with benchmark but using speedtest.net through a PC connected to the R2 what speed do you get? You should see speeds similar to your PC through the V Hub, it is capable of that. If you're finding a low value is eliminating that bufferbloat then set it to Auto-Enable so that it only enables when gaming. Games uses less than 1Mbps usually and just because there is more bandwidth doesn't mean it will be used so you wouldn't be missing out on the speeds when playing and when not playing you can enjoy your full speeds for downloads etc.
  11. Speeds on benchmark can be different as they use different servers, what speeds do you actually get on the device connected to the PC? Also have you put the R2 in the V Hub DMZ or is the V hub in modem mode? You'll need to do one or the other to ensure best performance overall. Either way in Bandwidth Settings you should input the speeds you expect to achieve, so in this case ~900 down, ~50 up. Then once you've done that you'll want to select Always for Congestion Control and experiment with percentages until you can get the Ping Under Load graph on Benchmark to look like the Ping Test graph as much as possible.
  12. Sorry could you clarify, do you mean you have your ISP modem/router with another router attached which you have the XR in the DMZ for and then the console in the XR DMZ?
  13. Can you provide the log file just after it happens please?
  14. Do you have a pure modem or modem/router? Is the XR in the DMZ of the modem and have you setup the DMZ on the XR?
  15. Thanks for letting us know, we’ll look at the logs and see if it shows anything
  16. Okay thanks for all that, we'll try accessing it again tomorrow and let you know!
  17. Thanks for that, do you have Adblocker or Traffic Controller enabled? Basically, unless you have some settings enabled on the router that would impact traffic then there shouldn't be a reason you can't be accessed so if those are disabled is there anything else you may have enabled?
  18. We did push an update today, give the router a reboot, wait 2 minutes then resync the cloud again and see if it populates
  19. What is there on the Advanced pages?
  20. All good on that front, it's strange we aren't able to connect to you, are you able to login to the motorola modem with these details? 192.168.100.1 Username: admin Password: motorola If you are could you then provide a screenshot of what you see please?
  21. There is a chance then that it could work with the Geo-Filter without us needing to do anything, have you tried to filter? What happens when doing so?
  22. That's fine thanks, could you follow the CG-NAT part at the bottom of this guide and let us know the results please? http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat
  23. Have you enabled the DMZ or set any port forwarding rules on the R2? If so please remove them as they'll interfere with us accessing
  24. We're not able to access currently, could you put the WAN IP from the R2 System Information page in the DMZ on your modem and let us know when you've done that please?
  25. Just to double check did you do a factory reset after the upgrade? Enable remote support in WAN Settings and we can then enable remote logging, so when the issue happens we'll get the logs up until that point and should give us something to go on. Let us know once you've done that and we'll set that up for you.
