Je recommanderais de faire une réinitialisation d'usine, puis pendant l'assistant de configuration, permettez-lui de mettre à niveau vers le dernier micrologiciel pour vous. Ensuite, voyez si la mise à jour du firmware est disponible dans les paramètres après.

You can stay on that version if you wish to but it doesn't have all the security updates and latest features. I would suggest as above to upgrade again, factory reset then don't change any settings at all, if it happens again then please get us the log from the System Information page on the router and we can take a look. -

These things are certainly possible, we are currently working on the next iteration of QoS and I would say that it's pretty next level. When it is available (no ETA), give us your thoughts on it and whether you think these suggestions would still be a worthy addition and something you'd like to see and we can certainly look into it.

You likely wouldn't see it in the device network settings as it would show the local IP there and that won't change. Check the local IP in the Device Manager for the devices you're adding, then check the local IP on the devices themselves, do they match? -

Welcome to the forum! I've moved your topic to the appropriate sub forum. Everything looks good there and there is nothing in the logs either as it is connected properly. Your public IP can cache so please reboot the devices you're trying to VPN and then see if it changes. Also how are you determining if the IP has changed on the Smart TV/MacBook? -

Try to factory reset until you're able to get back in, then go to routerlogin.net/debug.htm connect a USB to the router and set up logging so it saves to the USB, then once it disconnects you should have logs on the USB that you can then share with us -

Could you do a speed test and then download the log file from the log panel menu once it's complete and post it here please? Then maybe we can see if there might be anything intefering.

Could you try accessing using a PC please and see if you get the same issue? You may also need to clear the browser cache/cookies on the phone to get it to load there.

As you've found it seems like the issue here is the PC itself, given the R2 shows other devices and they're all working just fine. There are no settings by default other than Adblocker which you've disabled that could potentially single out a device. It sounds like the switch is a dumb switch so on the PC itself open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

Double check the IP for the PC on the Device Manager is the same as the IP that is shown on the PC itself as it may have been changed. Also what web browser are you using to access the interface and are you forcing a connection using HTTPS to the interface?

Where are you seeing this error, as a pop up box or in the web browser console? What firmware version are you currently on?

D'accord, car les appareils connectés en amont peuvent retirer de la bande passante du XR et donc vous donner des vitesses plus faibles. Vous avez dit que vous avez désactivé la QoS, comment l'avez-vous fait exactement, l'avez-vous fait depuis le menu Congestion Control ? Est-ce un nouveau problème ou avez-vous juste les vitesses? Avez-vous d'autres appareils dans votre maison qui sont connectés à la livebox, des téléphones, des téléviseurs, d'autres PC, etc. ?

Le PC et la console sont-ils les seuls appareils que vous avez chez vous ? - Les appareils sont-ils toujours connectés à la livebox ? Vous ne devriez pas avoir de problème pour obtenir vos vitesses, il est capable.
