  1. I mean how long do you leave it off, did you leave it off for 6 hours before the issue and then 8 hours and the issue started for example
  2. Has the amount of time that you have had the router off increased by any chance?
  3. Was that on a previous firmware? There aren't any settings that can be enabled/disabled to make it reconnect after a reboot
  4. Routers are designed to be online all the time and so I don't think there is anything we can do currently to resolve it, if you keep turning it off you'll have to keep re-enabling it. We can look at trying to reconnect it automatically in a future update.
  5. No currently you can only use OpenVPN or Wireguard
  6. It is a misreading then caused by the Geo-Filter. It will actually be Open when the Geo-Filter is enabled so you can ignore it.
  7. Are you checking NAT on the game? Sometimes the Geo-Filter can cause a misreading so that is likely what is happening if console NAT reads Type 2
  8. Are you rebooting the router a lot? Set a static/reserved IP for the XR on the modem so it doesn't change, then put that in the DMZ and you should be good.
  9. Ahh so you did an actual Traffic Controller rule and allowed ALL traffic to the console I presume? Yes that would create a conflict, it's also not necessary to do that rule, it doesn't create any sort of priority, that is what Traffic Prioritization on the QoS page is for. Well done for resolving the issue.
  10. Do this again: Quit the application/game/client/turn off console completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up console then application/game/client Then see if it works.
  11. The WAN Setup is fine, did changing that option give you an Open NAT? What is the Samsung device that you have added to the Geo-Filter - the PS5? Also there would just be one server in that radius and it doesn't always seem to be available so you will struggle to find a game.
  12. Can you provide a screenshot of the entire Geo-Filter page please?
  13. Where are you checking the NAT? Set it to Open in WAN Settings
  14. It applies to the entire device, no ports are needed
  15. The console will add automatically and be greyed out, it will apply to the whole device so you don't have to add ports
  16. The link above covers progress for all the platforms
  17. This is something we're aware of, the Geo-Filter currently doesn't work properly with the game due to this and it's something we're investigating.
  18. Could you disable the VPN and see if you're able to get games more easily please?
  19. You have Ping Assist set to 45ms so that will allow other servers, set that to 0 and try again
  20. If you could do a screenshot we can double check everything. You can use Ping Heatmap to influence your Geo-Filter settings, it's what a lot of people do. You don't need to synchronize every time.
  21. You don't need to untick all the options, in fact Strict Mode should be enabled, with it disabled that would explain why you're finding more servers outside your radius
  22. No need to deselect that. As above NAT Type 2 is open, also if you're going to use a VPN you may have NAT issues, it's very unlikely to be Open then
  23. That version doesn't have a fix for PPPoE and QoS, the next version which has more of our changes should allow that to work correctly. The modem you have looks like a pure modem so you won't be able to have that handle PPPoE, do you have another router you could use to handle it instead of the XR?
  24. If they think WireShark is cheating then I'd say it's probably best you don't try and use another program for this purpose. You could get a hub (sort of like a switch), connect the PC to that and another PC to the hub and run WireShark on that PC and it will be able to capture the gaming PC traffic. There is some interesting things in this topic as well: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39076-a-claim-is-made-that-reverse-boosting-fixes-hit-rego-lag-comp-etc-in-cod/ especially the last post
  25. Would expect to see higher than that generally, depends what you're doing, are you seeing any issues along side this?
