  1. What firmware version are you on currently and what version are you trying to upgrade to?
  2. That's awesome, hope you love it! I've added you: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  3. Yes the R3 should be put in the DMZ on the Technicolor. You should set the speeds you pay for/receive in the router then use Congestion Control, you're throttling way too much currently which isn't needed. Follow this guide https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ while downloading & start with 95% for Congestion Control (set to Always), check results, decrease by 10%, check, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good & then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values.

  5. It must be losing power then during the reboot, I don't see any other reason why that would be happening, do you have it connected to an extender or direct to an outlet? Do you have another power adapter with similar voltage you can use to test?
  6. How are you doing it, via the interface or the big physical button? I suspect it's losing power in that case if you're not unplugging it or factory resetting it from the pin or interface. Is it connected to an extender or direct to an outlet?
  7. Are you unplugging the router from the power to reboot it?
  8. Sounds good, thanks for the update! You can always download the previous version from the Netgear site and downgrade to that, then disable auto update on the firmware update page so it doesn't upgrade itself should issues arise again
  9. Don't have an ETA for you, it's only been 1 workday so far so unlikely they've been able to look into it yet
  10. PC not working vs mobile working really doesn't make any sense. Can you provide some of the websites you're checking for ads on? Did you check adding the links manually also?
  11. Have you disabled DHCP at all? Reboot the router from the interface, close the interface and wait 4 minutes before trying to access it or connect/use any device and see if everything connects properly then. To prevent that happening in the future also give static/reserved IPs for devices on the DHCP page
  12. It means the beta firmware has been removed from that section momentarily and we'll put out a new update as soon as we can
  13. The password setup is an NG feature, nothing to do with us. It's possible the IP to access is 10.0.0.1 if your ISP router uses 192.168.1.1 for its login. That looks like the browser is forcing a connection using HTTPS, in which case disable that in browser settings or a browser based Adblocker is blocking parts of the interface, in which case disable/whitelist the interface
  14. Totally makes sense, they won't see it that way though, try during peak times for US west and you might have better luck
  15. How did you reboot the router exactly? If you unplugged the power suddenly that can make it lose saved settings. If that was it then make your changes then reboot from the interface and that will act as a hard save should it be unplugged in future.
  16. Okay so we can rule out the router then, it'll either be the VM hub, the line or your streaming settings as your speeds are perfectly capable of dual streaming

  18. Is that with NAT set to Open or trying connected direct to the VM?
  19. That's great thanks for the update, hope you have a great weekend!
  20. Using the Geo-Filter can extend search times, especially if you're forcing servers far away. However, recently they have begun actively working against people using VPNs and one of the ways I suspect they do this is by implementing an upper ping limit. Given the distance from you to the servers you're trying to force it's likely you're hitting that limit and thats why it's preventing you getting a game. The ping you're getting must be a minimum of 140 to LA which is very high.
  21. Shut the game/device down fully including the client from the System Tray if on PC, set the Geo-Filter then boot up and try again
  22. No it doesn't, just those in the Nighthawk Pro Gaming Range i.e. XR300, XR450, XR500, XR700 & XR1000
  23. Do the IPs match? In WAN Settings on the XR set NAT to Open just to rule out any port issues. If it's still not working well I'd suggest you try dual streaming with the PC directly connected to the VM (you'd have to disable the DMZ) and see if you get the same issues
