Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!

Non sarai in grado di eseguire un traceroute su un IP di gioco -
It was probably removed when we were working on updating it, for the ping/servers try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.

We have it on Early Access at the moment if you want to sign up for that: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ it will come to the other versions soon. Are there any servers appearing on the map when Auto Ping isn't showing anything?

For the console choose the manual option, that's the best option for consoles. I am seeing Destiny 2 on my list, could you provide a screenshot of your list please?

It's definitely worth trying the beta, if it's still not working properly then we can then look into it more closely -
Hello, welcome to the forum! Where are you trying to add this, on the Geo-Filter? What platform are you playing on?

A MAC address is a unique hardware identifier, so by setting a static IP you're saying assign an IP to this unique device, if that device MAC address changes then it cannot assign that IP to it as it appears as though it's another unique device. The randomize option wouldn't really be a problem on a normal router as you rarely interact with its interface but for a DumaOS device where you apply settings to specific devices that's where it gets a bit annoying, so it would be best to disable to ensure your settings apply correctly. -

When did you switch back to modem mode? As I found modem mode to be a little unstable which could be contributing to the issue, that's alright no need! -

Interesting, since you switched the VM back to router mode to set the DMZ are any devices now bypassing the XR and using the VM hub directly at all? -

Thanks for that, before you arrived at these settings being the best, had you tried at 5% intervals before that all the way up to 95%? -

Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please and we can go from there -
Nothing further to note since my last message, we also had a national holiday on Monday so lost a day there, for the XR1000 it really shouldn't be much longer either. For slow loading, disable Armor if enabled, clear browser cache/cookies and reload each page once and it should be faster then. Also make sure you're not connecting to the interface via HTTPS and that the browser isn't forcing that either.

As above, it's an authentication server required for online play. The biggest icon on the map will always be the game server, in this case it's the one in your polygon so all good and working as expected!

Dovremmo fare un aggiornamento questa settimana -
Comment fais-tu ça exactement ?
-
Vous pouvez toujours utiliser le Geo-Filter, si vous rencontrez des problèmes avec QoS, créez un nouveau sujet sur ce que vous rencontrez exactement et nous serons heureux de vous aider.

I wouldn't say it's a dead game, we keep the most recent CoD games otherwise we'd have a ridiculously long list which isn't needed as they basically use the same servers in the same locations for every game so you can use those to inform your Geo-Filter settings

From what I can see there are just 1 or 2 issues from the latest build we're investigating so it really shouldn't be long at all now

Ping Heatmap shows servers that we were able to detect at the time of testing, they change servers quite frequently so it may not always show every server. The Geo-Filter shows any connection at that time which is why you can connect to it. -

Netduma - Auto Detect speed
Netduma Fraser replied to Jeofel08's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
As above we do use mlabs, people do seem to get slower speeds to them, possibly due to the routing to those servers or depending on the server it connects you to. Use the sites you know you get accurate results from and use those values -

We don't have them in the UK but I know what you mean regarding their "speedtest". The speeds for you aren't varying by much and you have a lot to play with anyway so you could go 950 down, 24 up to split the difference.
