  1. I'm not aware of the specifics but it was cloud related - I don't think it was any changes we specifically made that caused it
  2. Remove the port forwarding then check if it continues, if it does then put the PS5 in the DMZ on the R1, does it then continue?
  3. Presumably if you then accept the match it will then not allow you into the game? If so then I think they will be using relay servers to try and get you a match which then makes it almost impossible for us to detect the final game server location to allow/deny it
  4. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 WAN Settings page and enter it into the DMZ on the Smart hub. Then on the smart hub find the static/reserved IP section (likely in LAN or DHCP settings) and set the same IP you copied as static/reserved.
  5. Are you actually in a game playing when you took this screenshot?
  6. You're using the setup URL, use this link and see if you can access http://192.168.77.1
  7. That would be an authentication server which is why it has been allowed (has a solid white circle around it) you need to connect to that for online play. When you're actually in a game playing you should see a server within your radius
  8. You're on the setup wizard still, you won't be able to access it properly/get internet until you complete it. If you're not getting internet which is why you've gone into the Advanced WAN settings just skip it, complete the rest of the wizard then change whatever you need to to get internet on the main interface
  9. It will work just fine that way permanently, the CoD service will be out of date so we'll need to update that
  10. The latest firmware is here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57983-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540/
  11. Between step 3 & 4 from my previous steps change the PC to be a PlayStation in the Device Manager and then re-add it, reboot then try again
  12. Check the IP on the device itself, then check the IP on the Device Manager for the device you think it is, do they match? Have you applied a VPN to the device? Could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page otherwise please?
  13. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What is your gameplay experience like if you connect direct to the modem?
  14. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  15. Using ping assist to lock your servers could result in the opposite. If you want to force a specific area have the location there with the radius only covering that area and ping assist on 0. Reboot the console then try again
  16. Keep the password the default and then change it in settings rather than in the wizard. Reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes then access and see if you can get in
  17. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 into the livebox DMZ function. You said there were thousands of people there so surely there are lots of wifi networks showing?
  18. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Is it the XR1000 you have? What firmware version are you on? Is it symmetrical 1Gbps you get? Have you entered those speeds into the router? What speeds are you getting currently via ethernet? Where are you testing the speeds? How have you setup Congestion Control? The more information you provide the better we can help
  19. Use the radius option instead of the polygon, does it work better then?
  20. That all looks fine, are you directly connected via ethernet or going through a switch/extender for example?
  21. Good to hear, okay that's fine as it's technically correct, as long as it shows as gaming when you're actually playing
  22. That's not router traffic so it shouldn't be showing up like that which is why it should be removed as it won't be working/reporting correctly
