Try accessing using 192.168.1.1 instead, does that work correctly? It's not normal for someone to have so many issues with different routers and usually points to something about their setup causing a conflict

Try this, for when you're wanting to change the location specifically: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works. It's also worth noting that forcing servers much further away isn't always guaranteed. Ping Assist is an assist, not a hard filter, the way it works you can sometimes get servers slightly higher than what you set. It's best to set it to 0 if you're wanting to force a specific location.

Could you provide all the files you downloaded and let me know the server you want to connect to and I'll see if I can get a working config for you. Is it definitely the correct email/password for connecting with the VPN as well? They may have separate credentials you need to use.

Hello, welcome to the forum! That is an authentication server required for online play, it does not impact your game experience at all. The host inside your radius will be the game server and that will be the ping that matters when playing.

You can see the terms at netduma.com/terms Unplug the R2 from power, wait for 10 seconds, hold the Factory Reset button, while continuing to hold plug the power back into the R2 and keep holding the reset for 30 seconds then release. Wait 2 minutes, then try accessing please and see if you can go through the setup wizard. It's a different kind of reset which may have more success.

A VPN rarely improves the connection as you're adding extra hops to get to the server so it usually increases your ping, we don't have any specific recommendations for a VPN. Yes if you restart you would need to re-enable the VPN. Best to disable it first then reboot.

I don't think the Setup Wizard has properly been completed that's why, bridge mode wouldn't affect the ability for you to access the interface but good for you to do regardless. When you get the infinite loading if you reboot the R2, wait 4 minutes then access does that work?

There is no real priority order, it will prioritize based on the order traffic is sent/received. It depends, Games Console will use ports, other profiles will use Deep Packet Inspection.

If it's listed as a peer it's likely misclassified, if you provide us with the ID we can correct it but it's just an aesthetic thing, it doesn't affect how it performs. Some servers don't always respond well to a ping so you may not see one once in awhile.

Currently we're just focusing on completing the feature so haven't begun to think about porting it to other hardware yet. There isn't a beta currently for the XR1000 but 3.3 is coming to it, shouldn't be much longer now.

No it won't prioritize all traffic, just the ports that are usually used for gaming.
