  2. Thanks for that, Congestion Control is barely being used, I would suggest setting download/upload to 70% see how that feels and then adjust from there
  3. I think having just the one WiFi network would be best if you can achieve that, in terms of best for gaming if you're connected via ethernet to the R2 directly then it doesn't matter how you have the WiFi setup specifically. We will be testing the game although it should work already.

  7. To the router I mean, it occurs when you deleted the device from the Device Manager when that device was added specifically to the feature. Without the device being connected to the router the feature is looking for a device that isn't there and errors. So either a factory reset or connecting the device back to the router again under the same conditions will get rid of the error.

  13. That's not possible, the router has to be connected via ethernet cable to something to get internet, what is it connected to? The WAN/Internet port on the XR1000 what is it connected to?
  14. What is the device the XR1000 is connected to that allows it to get internet? You don't need to do that for QoS, if you can take a picture of the page that will tell me more. Do you have other devices connected to the internet through another router?
  15. What is the model of the modem the XR1000 is connected to? Where are your other devices connected to? Not sure I understand, the settings will still be there after a reboot

  21. Non consiglierei di farlo se vuoi che QoS funzioni in modo ottimale. Funzionalmente non c'è nemmeno differenza tra NAT 1 e 2, entrambi indicano un NAT aperto. Degraderesti solo la qualità della tua connessione a causa dei problemi con QoS e PPPoE. Se vuoi farlo dovrai ottenere i dettagli PPPoE dal tuo modem o ISP, quindi sull'XR vai su Impostazioni > Configurazione Internet, seleziona Hai bisogno di un accesso per Internet e inserisci lì i dettagli.

  23. That's really good to hear thanks for the update. IPv6 would be something for Netgear so not something we can directly address unfortunately.
  24. If they can hear you at all even faintly then I wouldn't have thought it'd be a network issue, is there voice volume on Fortnite you can maybe adjust to be louder?
