  1. If you set the XR to AP mode (only if you have a modem/router that can provide WiFi) and try again does it still occur?
  2. Você consegue desconexões sem o Geo-Filter? Você poderia fornecer uma captura de tela da página Geo-Filter, por favor?
  3. Could you make a new topic please and we can continue there? In the meantime, unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and see if that works please. Let us know in the new topic.
  4. It really doesn't make much sense, there should be nothing blocking it at all. Does it prevent you connecting on both WiFi and ethernet?
  5. Brilliant to hear that, thanks for the update!
  6. Reboot the router, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then try accessing and it should load correctly
  7. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51612-new-xr700-beta-firmware-33363/
  8. If it's setup on the Internet Setup page I don't think it needs to be entered on IPv6 as well. Did you do a restart after the DMZ?
  9. It would help but you're still then restricting servers within that region so still have the chance to be kicked. As far as I am aware it's just Fortnite that does matchmaking like this.
  10. Try accessing with the IP address as well, 192.168.77.1 with a device connected via ethernet or another device please
  11. Yeah I think it does work different, I don't think there is a 'host' necessarily when you join up together, it doesn't seem to care about splitting the party, had that quite a few times without the Geo-Filter
  12. It would be best to use the DMZ method having the other router handling it as QoS won't work fully with PPPoE (something we're working on). However, so if you do enter PPPoE details the option 61 option disappears? If so Netgear must have only included it for DHCP so you would have to use the other router for that purpose.
  13. The way Fortnite works is that it only tries to connect to a server when you're actually loading into the game and so that is the only time it can be blocked so you are kicked back to the lobby. For Fortnite it's best to disable filtering mode but still use it to find out what server you're on, if it's too far away then you could quit and re-search until you find the server you want. This would actually be quicker than letting the Geo-Filter kick you.
  14. I think Chrome can do it too: In a new browser tab, enter URL: chrome://net-internals/#hsts. Scroll down to "Delete domain security policies" and enter the domain that you don't want automatic redirection. Then check again please.
  15. Could you try another browser/incognito window and try again please?
  16. In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to the Xbox with a number between .2 & .49, apply. Unplug your modem for 10 minutes if you can, plug in, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2 from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if it then works please.
  17. They basically never change the server locations for the game so the same locations will apply for that game as well.
  18. That would be in Settings > Advanced Settings
  19. I think you're using safari is that correct? If so the browser forces HTTPS which may be why, try using another browser and see if you can get access please
  20. Added, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ After you go through the Setup after the upgrade do a factory reset as it is a big change. QoS can be found here: http://192.168.77.1/dumaweb/#smartqos on the new firmware
  21. Ah brilliant to hear that, thanks for the update!
  22. You can ignore that, it's because it's connecting using HTTP instead of HTTPS but as it's a local device that no one can access it from the internet with its safe
  23. Have you definitely disabled QoS fully from the menu? As I can't see anything else in the log that could be affecting it. Sign up for Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and we'll get you on that to see if that resolves it.
  24. Should be in Internet Setup, if you provide a screenshot of the pages where it seems like something is missing I can let you know. No you won't lose any functionality, you'll still be using the XR for everything.
  25. There was/is an option for 60 but I'm not sure about 61, I don't have one to check at the moment. It would be in the same place, do you see it? You would put the XR WAN IP in the ISP modem/router DMZ and that would eliminate the double NAT.
