  1. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please. It is unlikely the R1 will see another update unfortunately, the hardware is just very old and the firmware has moved on a lot now, I don't think it'll be able to handle it, we'll do our best though to see if it is possible.
  2. There is no such page like that, while connected to the router via a wired PC put http://192.168.77.1 into your web browser
  3. You don't need access to the internet to use the router, connect your PC to the router via ethernet, access the interface and you should be able to go through the Setup Wizard.
  6. ¿Actualizaste a la última versión de DumaOS? Las credenciales predeterminadas son admin / password
  7. We'll push a cloud update if necessary but it should work right away, no changes needed
  8. Glad you got it sorted, thanks for the update!
  9. Need any help just let us know!
  10. Hello, welcome to the forum! I don't think that'll be why, could you clear your browser cache/cookies and see whether it loads correctly then please?
  11. The version you're on should be the latest .280 so no need to update. I would suggest going through the tours if you haven't done so already and adjust QoS/Geo-Filter based on your wants/needs.
  12. Is it a pure modem you're using? If not give the R2 a static/reserved IP address on the modem to prevent it from changing and see if that helps
  13. Okay that's great to hear! The settings would apply even when you're not hosting, that's why it's best to either be the party leader or disable it if that isn't possible
  14. Connection Benchmark uses different servers so won't always show correctly so you can ignore it and use the 500 value.
  15. I asked a dev about it a few days ago, it shouldn't be too long, there were some issues with the new SDK so that's being worked on at the moment
  16. Access the interface using the IP address instead of routerlogin.net http://192.168.1.1 or http://10.0.0.1 does that work?
  17. By the looks of your IP IPv6 isn't required, a reboot after disabling it should get you back up and running but you can leave it enabled that's fine
  18. It depends whether you want it to Always apply so when you're not gaming streams/downloads work seamlessly or you just want it to apply when gaming (auto-enable)
  19. I think that's probably the best you can get, it's very good!
  20. If you're using a third party test then Traffic Prioritization can skew the results so best to disable that. However, I wouldn't worry too much about the value, bufferbloat only occurs when the network is saturated and when Congestion Control is used that can't happen.
  21. Debería funcionar sin cambiar la configuración, pruebe con otro servidor más cercano a casa y vea si funciona.
  22. You can try the default credentials admin / password If you click cancel or put in the wrong credentials it should take you to a page where you can enter your recovery question answers and then setup new credentials, otherwise you would have to factory reset.
  23. Okay that'll work then but you won't get an Open NAT when gaming
  24. You can do that if you want to, the XR1000 QoS won't work very will without all devices being connected to it though. You are very unlikely to get an Open NAT with this setup though.
  25. Hello, welcome to the forum! Thank you for describing your issue in detail, as you've mentioned the issue is the infrastructure/ISP congestion that happens when everyone is home. This is an issue outside your home and therefore not something the router can help with. The router can help you with getting the closest servers and keep your home network as stable as possible.
