    That all looks okay, start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.

    That's it, you're using it, Smart QoS is just on the R2 currently while we are still working on it. Before Smart QoS we worked on the dumaweb mobile view which is what you're seeing there. It brings the XR700 in line with the XR500 now.

    I think the XR700 was expensive to make and under performed sales wise so doesn't make financial sense to continue it. Great to hear that! I'm not sure what the plan for it is at the moment

    Uninstall the app then re-install the app, make sure to select Nighthawk specifically rather than auto and see if it works.

    If you haven't updated the DumaOS app today you'll need to do so before it works, if an update isn't available yet it should be by the end of the day.

    Totally understand, going through the same thing! Take your time, I have granted you access so you can try it whenever you want to.

    1000 is the max as that is the limit on the internet/LAN ports so you won't be able to get any higher. It's entirely up to you, you could use Auto and see how if feels and then manually change from there if you think it can be improved.

    You should be able to use Dumaweb/mobile view with the XR700 on the DumaOS app by the end of the day once the update has been properly published

    I'm pretty sure the update was just security updates so shouldn't have an affect on functionality at all. What are you seeing on the Geo-Filter that's allowing games outside your radius?

    Good to know, thanks for the update, so it's blocking the ads which is blocking the playback as well, that's why we've having trouble blocking YouTube ads in general so makes sense!

    The wildcard won't work unfortunately, in the list these are the mentions of roku, try with these as well: ads.roku.com logs.roku.com mobile.logs.roku.com p.ads.roku.com scribe.logs.roku.com traces.sr.roku.com austin.logs.roku.com Not sure on how we compiled the list, I'd have to ask on that one.

    Best way is to just experiment with it and see what percentage gives you the best experience, what do you have it set to currently?
